PT Solutions of Metairie

I have been to two other physical therapy facilities over the past few years. I was always glad when my sessions ended and I never felt like my core problems were addressed, so I continued to have injuries and problems. PT Solutions is different. They are very focused on your holistic situation and they are clearly very competent. I actually look forward to my therapy sessions.

I'm sorry my injuries were an inconvenience for you. I'm sorry that when I've been in pain for so long, I'm primarily concerned with getting better. I was referred to this place, and on the fifth visit, I was compelled to walk out. I left because I felt as though my therapist was focused elsewhere and not putting my wellness in the forefront. I got an odd vibe from her on the third visit(she wasn't there for the fourth), which was then confirmed on the fifth. It took 20 minutes for me to feel like my wellness wasn't a priority. Wrong or right, that's how I felt. My ankle makes an audio snap when I walk, and my shoulder is visibly not in the correct place. I'm sorry that that was a burden to you. You're not the one who has to consciously make sure your foot is underneath you at all times or who struggles to put on shirts every day. I don't know what I said or did to this woman to give her impression of me, I wish I did. She called to apologize(after I told the person at the desk that I didn't need it) to save face, but I've already gone through the indignity of feeling like walking out was my best option. I don't know anyone who wants to feel like a nuisance or burden to a health care provider. I feel like I did her a favor in walking out. My other option was to make a scene in front of two dozen people with cameras in their hand, no thanks. I'm not dumb enough to believe this my harm them in any way, I'm sure they've helped a lot of people. I just wasn't one of them. Jesse Butler

So glad I was recommended to PT Solutions for therapy after a complete left hip replacement. I’m working with Tyler, Mary Katherine, and Lauren. They are so knowledgeable and professional. They are very friendly and truly concerned about my progress and well being. Sable at front desk is so pleasant and worked with my schedule when I needed to change day or time. I would recommend PT Solutions to my family and friends.

My experience has been wonderful. Matt is an amazing Physical Therapist.He knew exactly what muscle to target and exactly how to treat it. I am 100% stronger than when I when I injured myself and stronger than I was before I injured myself. His methods are purposeful and his mannerism are thoughtful and kind.

They really know how to make you feel comfortable and give you the right amount of push to get you back on track in recovery. I went to PT Solutions after my first hip replacement in Dec 2022 and then back to them after my second hip replacement in March 2023. The personalized attention is remarkable. I had never been to P/T ever before. Tyler and Mal are the therapists I used and they are so genuine and knowledgeable. Sable runs the desk and is able to fit you in when needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to care for my daughter while she was injured. From the beginning, they made us feel like family and always genuinely cared.
