Austin and Ryan at PT Solutions in Johnson City are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable and encouraging. Each session I was challenged just enough to make steady improvements and for trust to be built. Midway they used dry needling which made a big difference. By the end of my sessions, I had far exceeded my expectations and was given clear instructions to keep on track. I feel they are in their element the way they connect with people and work with you to be the best you can. Ashley is a warm welcoming professional as well and a wonderful asset to the team!

Love this place!! I highly recommend! This is a great place to go for physical therapy! Austin and Ryan and the front desk ladies are very caring, nice and knowledgeable. They got me in right away, no waiting a week at some places. Very reasonable prices. They taught me a lot. I broke my ankle and fractured my L1 vertebra. Recovery is a long road but if you do the work, even when you are not at PT you will recover faster. Thank you Ryan and Austin!!

This is the BEST PT experience you will ever have !!! Ryan , Austin and crew are so through . You will get the correct regimen for your situation. The best is …. They make it fun. Great music playing all the time. We laugh and have fun … all while getting the job done. You want to go everyday. ! I definitely recommend this group !!! They get a 10 in my book and I have been for my foot and my back. I was helped both times. Awesome job guys !!!

I recently finished physical therapy for hip replacement with PT Solutions of Johnson City. They always made me feel welcome, and that they cared about the outcome of my therapy. In addition to my therapy at their facility, I felt that I learned new exercises that I could incorporate to my home routine. Good people!

The absolute best care I have ever had! Dustin in Greeneville and Victoria in Johnson City have turned my life around. They listen to exactly what’s going on with your body making healing possible! I thank God for both physical therapist! Even in very sensitive areas where my pain was extreme they were careful. I thank you both so so much!

This is my second go around at PT Solutions in Johnson City Tn. A few years ago I spent 5 or 6 months learning to walk again after a complete quadricep tendon tear and surgery. It was hard and sometimes painful but the results meant I could walk again. Back then, the staff on all levels were professional yet fun, serious yet personal and kind and always put my needs above their own. They took their jobs seriously and I could always say then as I do now, it was a place I gained both physical and emotional strength and the motivation to keep moving forward (literally). Two weeks ago, after seeing a surgeon for yet another knee issue, as an alternative to a knee replacement was directed yet again to physical therapy. I looked into my options and was blessed PT Solutions in Johnson City took me in immediately and began working on my leg the very same day. Although several of the therapists have moved with their families to other states, I was happy to see some familiar faces who remembered me a year and a half later, calling me by name. Once again, it was like coming home to family where I could receive personal care in dealing with more than just the arthritis in my right knee, but the totality of the surrounding muscles and joints of my low back and hips, my core as well as both legs. The center manager Ryan Lingerfelt has really gone out of his way to promote an overall wellness, caring and a unity among the staff and patients while utilizing his professional knowledge in my treatment as well as others. I was happy to see and again work with Austin Delk who is equally as skilled, caring and personable who not only enhances what Ryan is administering in my care, but brings his expertise in as well in adding to my treatment. I was happy to also see a woman named Jessica again who works behind the counter scheduling appointments and dealing with billing issues. She is and always has been a joy to be around. Ashley, the other scheduler and billing lady, although new to me, is of the same mold, friendly and kind where she and Jessica work together to make this a pleasant and encouraging experience. I have nothing bad to say about this physical therapy clinic and would recommend them to any patient for quality care and treatment. Regards, Bob

Update: Refund received. The PT portion of this company was good. It was initial communication with backend, etc. Update to 3 stars as it seems to be taken care of now. Update: Was called and informed that we will be due a refund. Either for more or less $. Stated insurance stated that timely billing wasn't done. So, we will either get refunded due to over estimate or more due to untimely billing. That was a few days ago. Waiting to see. The person who called was friendly. Another update: Still not fixed. Received a call saying they now know the issue and they'd resend. That's been a while. Logged into insurance no changes. Received no new eobs. :( Update: 4 weeks later. Still not fixed. No new eobs. Have received calls and made calls. Told they worked on it. Calling back today. :( First, let me say that the therapist was great. 5 stars even. I stopped going after 2 visits because I knew something was up with the billing. I 100% will adjust this review if someone takes is seriously and fixes our issue with respect. It won't be a 5 stars, but maybe 3... Billing issues going on 4.5 months now. 2 visits. Paid a certain amount for two visits out of pocket. Was told a lesser amount on the first visits. $80 and $12 via a sheet they shared with me. Paid $80 and $80. Got eob back from ins company (in network), the initial info pt sent was sent to the wrong place and for larger amounts than expected. Eob came back from ins, rejected by insurance, and said $0 patient responsibility because of the issues. They submitted new claims to ins. 2 for the same day, I assume right place this time. Never for the first visit. Said billed $72, patient amount $72 fornthe 2nd visit. Ok, so I overpaid $8. No claim for the first visit yet...so... Because of the issue, it looks like I have not met my deductible, but I have if the first visit claim was submitted correctly...but the claim for the first visit hasn't been sent in still. So I am still $40 or so away from meeting my deductible....which that first claim should take care of. Have called locally and spoken to a person elsewhere. Locally they can't or won't help you. You have to speak with a person located elsewhere. When we get one specific person they are fairly helpful. Others say "I don't see that." Over and over. "We have a year." Well, having a year and waiting a year isn't best practice for business or for the patient in my experience. The therapist was great. Billing, etc. has been terrible. It's so strange because our daughter (same insurance) went there and there were no issues so we gladly thought this would be s good option for me. I was wrong. Paid $160. Should have been closer to $140 based on my calculations. How do I know how to do this? I work on insurance contracts data and calculations as a financial analysy, I have a license, and my spouse has 17 years in the field of working in healthcare admin/codes.
