PT Solutions of Fort Oglethorpe

The therapists were great - but the customer service with the Financial Services team has been abysmal. Long wait times, excessive charges, and revising bills seven months after rendering services are a few of the issues I have encountered. If the review was based solely on the quality of care, it would be five stars.

Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly! Emily is my therapist, has a great personality, and with her assistance I have already made significant progress. Emily is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with her right away. I am looking forward to more progress with Emily and the staff here at the Fort Oglethorpe location.

I am forever grateful for the treatment and care I received from all the ladies (and occasionally gentlemen:) at PT Solutions in Fort Oglethorpe. I had a major spinal injury that required a lot of attention. This group always kept me working hard to reach my goals (which I did). More importantly, they have such a fun and encouraging vibe so going was a joy. I highly recommend them!

Emily Durham does an excellent job along with support staff as well as professional, empathic and organized office staff.

I absolutely love this place. Chloe, Megan, and Lisa are the best therapist ever. They treated me so well after my surgery and helped me get back in tiptop shape! And Elizabeth is amazing like always! You all rock!

I cannot express how grateful I am for the staff here. I experienced my first neck popping from stretching and it ended up where I couldn’t turn my neck to the right much at all. Never experienced anything like this before and I was terrified. However the staff at PT Solutions fixed me right up. I already had some relief after my visit but by night and the next day I was good as new! I want to thank everyone who assisted in helping me find PT Solutions as well as the staff! I couldn’t be anymore satisfied! Fixed up right before vacation.

I have been going to them, since November, had to stop after 2 sessions then started back. These guys are wonderful. I have had some major things go on in my life, like having a new grandbaby, my daughter right after having the baby, having to have surgery, me getting sick. And anytime i have had to cancel or reschedule an appointment they have been wonderful. And the student therapist, Kayla makes me feel like family. I love them all. Thank you, Alex, Cayla, Ansley and Kayla for making this less painful and for being so accommodating. You guys ROCK!!!!@

Kendall has done wonders with my back and Kayla always makes things fun. They all are very nice, actually care about helping you, and want to see you succeed. I would recommend them to everyone ... And have already started doing so. Thanks for everything, Gals!
