I can't give enough high praise for PT Solutions! I have had the honor of being Sydney's patient for the past 2 years, and she has completely redefined my quality of life living with Rheumatoid Arthritis. For my whole life, I never felt like I was able to do any form of physical activity. Thanks to Sydney, I go to the gym 4+ times a week and feel like a brand new person: physically and mentally! I am so happy that I found PT Solutions, as it is the BEST place for physical therapy!

I highly recommend PT Solutions. I worked primarily with Rachel, who was terrific. I came in for pelvic floor disfunction and my improvement in that area was huge, positively impacting my overall quality of life. I have some limitations in shoulder and neck mobility, unrelated to the condition I sought treatment for, but sometimes impacted by the exercises I was given. Rachel always listened when I had concerns about those impacts and was very creative in finding solutions so that I could continue my exercises without exacerbating my neck and shoulders. As a bonus, the pelvic floor therapy ended up helping my posture and improved my neck and shoulders as well!

PT Solutions at Seven Corners (Falls Church) has several highly skilled physical therapists on staff. They are all very personable and relate well to their patients. My wife and I have particularly enjoyed our treatments with Sydney.

All of the staff at this location are fantastic! I’ve been here for a couple of different injuries and each and every time, they are extremely attentive to my goals, how I’m feeling on a given day, and check-in based on previous sessions. It’s extremely personalized, telling you not only what exercises to do, but what the benefit is, what muscles they expect to be engaged, and why they do it. It makes the session so much more helpful and informative. Highly, highly recommend this location and all of the staff there!

I just finished my 8-week clinical rotation as a physical therapy student at this location. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs PT. I feel very fortunate to have learned beside the team at Falls Church. Everyone here is great :) My mentor, Sydney is thoughtful, and attentive, and provides individualized care to her patients to help them get back to their previous activity level. I even chose to be a patient at this clinic to help rehab my knee after surgery because I trust the staff and their process so much!

First, I have to say thank you to my PT specialist, Rachel Sonenblum. Without her I do not feel I could have gotten as far as I’ve come with my recovery. In October 2024 I had total knee replacement surgery (TKR). This surgery is a traumatic surgery and for some can be grueling mentally, physically, and emotionally. One major component that played a huge role in my surgery is both pre and post physical therapy. I have always believed that PT is crucial for major surgery recovery and I treat PT like a job that I want to succeed in. Why Pre-Surgery PT before a TKR? Everyone knows to be healthy and in good condition before TKR. Pre-Surgery gets your knee stronger, period end of story. Rachel was able to take measurements, we worked my quad and all aspects of the leg. I would highly recommend investing in pre-surgery PT as it will help with post-surgery recovery. Why Post TKR Surgery PT? Well, it’s simple, after surgery they have you ‘walk’ and you can ‘walk’ because you have a nerve block and can’t feel a thing – literally nothing. They just want to make sure the knee can move before you leave the surgical center. Once that nerve block wears off the ‘fun’ begins. There will be pain (for some severe), bruising, possible lack of sleep due to pain, and possible constipation because of the narcotics. My top three things that have got me through the first few weeks: My ice machine, a strong support system, and PT. You literally can’t bend or straighten the leg. As soon as you can, go to PT. For me it has been so important and working with Rachel and doing my exercises at home have really helped. You’ll see slow progress but stick with it. Rachel, thank you for your support, for pushing me just enough, for listening to me with caring ears, for being my cheerleader, and for being so dedicated to your profession.

The staff at PT solutions in Falls Church are very good at what they do and they are also such a pleasure to work with. They took care of me and now they are taking excellent care of my son after an ACL tear. I recommend this branch to anyone who needs to go through PT.

There were three important elements for me to get to the other side of my pain journey and Sydney at PT Solutions was the first and most instrumental for me. I can't say enough good things about working with her! First, she actually listened to my history of chronic pain, numerous PT attempts, and desperation, and agreed that I needed a new approach. Second, she knows the latest in pain management and actually got me to listen, learn, and act on it. And third, she's positive, kind, patient, encouraging, challenging, and fun; made this night owl enjoy the early AM sessions. It was life-changing and I did a total 180 from where I was. She helped me get my life back and I'll forever be grateful. In fact, physically, I'm doing better than ever! I now refer everyone to her. Woman I bought furniture from who talked to me about her pain...Sydney! Neighbor who was suffering...Sydney! Guy at the gym who shared his pain story...Sydney! I miss working with her but don't miss having a reason to work with her :) PS - The other two important elements were getting serious about strength training (which I started with Sydney) a few times per week and "The Way Out" (a book she recommended I read).
