This location of PT Solutions is a true place of healing. Found in the Ingle's center beside the Post Office in Oakley, Laura and her crew of professionals are always welcoming. All the staff know my name as well as my specific situation. In the beginning, I was in terrible pain. I received great compassion and was given solid advice to begin the road to relief. I have experienced physical therapy many times in my life and I have found this environment to be my most successful yet. I believe my progress is the approach taken by these skilled physical therapists to help me move from acute distress before trying to build strength. They offer therapists specially trained in pelvic PT. You do not need a doctor's referral to be treated. Just walk in (or call) and set up time for an evaluation. Their estimate for each PT appointment after the evaluation is a max of $140. I received a bill for a single appointment for $474.39, "adjusted" (whatever that means) to $237.19. I called multiple times and no one could explain to me why the bill for a single appointment was so high but said there was nothing they could do, as though no one had any control over prices. I had been seeing a pelvic floor specialist, and when she left they switched me to a new therapist that was not specialized in pelvic floor without telling me. More like a meat market. Left alone for minutes at a time after buzzer goes only to find therapist chatting up young ladies or working with other patients. Ok... but leaving me there.... and charging medicare for a full visit. Happened more than once. Also, the music is for the younger generation .... e

If you are reading this, you or a loved one may have just endured trauma, and/or surgery, and be in serious pain. I'm coming from a background as a RN including having been a supervisor at a rehab/long term care facility. I also have chronic neck and back pain, and had neck surgery eight years ago. So yes, I have had physical therapy several times in the past and been exposed to physical therapy. I wish someone had recommended PT Solutions to me when I fell and broke my left humerus (large bone in arm). Fortune smiled upon me and I found them because they are near where I live. I was not a candidate for surgery to reduce my shattered arm bone and the pain was intense. Because of the location of the break I was not a candidate for a cast either. When I showed up at PT Solutions the week after my fall, I was angry, in extreme pain, and thought starting physical therapy so soon was not a good idea. Laura, the manager at the East Asheville location, was my first contact. With great skill and compassion Laura got me on the path to healing both emotionally and physically. What I like about PT Solutions is that the therapist are all high quality. The atmosphere is positive and the therapist are enthusiastic and compassionate. I can tell that they follow a strict protocol that is evidence based. They understand and can explain the science behind what they do. I like the collaboration between the therapist. Quite a few times the area manager Kevin has been there and I feel that there is a lot of brain power at work as him and Laura collaborate with and supervise the other therapist. By now I have worked with five different therapist and I highly recommend each one. I trust these folks and feel safe working with them. Kendra is the office manager and has a knack for keeping things running smoothly with appointments, billing, and welcoming me with a smile. Even when my arm is healed, I plan to be back at PT Solutions when my neck or low back pain flairs up.

As I got older, I found that my muscles weren’t responding to the physical exercises I do almost everyday. And, there was pain that bothered me. I visited my doctor and she said I needed physical therapy to restore those muscles that aren’t supporting me like they used to. I’ve been going to PT Solutions in East Asheville, NC for a few months now and am very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and sense of humor. Laura Oliver is my physical therapist at this location as well as the Clinical Director. Her resume is quite impressive as she is herself. I am already noticing improvements in my body and am very happy to be on the way to recovery. Thank you PT Solutions as well as Laura Oliver. You Rock!!

I cannot say enough good things about PT Solutions in general, and Laura especially. I lived with chronic back pain for over twenty years and not only am I now almost entirely pain free, but I have tools and exercises to help me relieve pain when it recurs and also keep strengthening my body to continue decreasing my painful days. Laura is patient and kind and makes sure you understand the purpose of each exercise and what your plan of care is. Plus the front desk staff is friendly and fun, and the clinic is beautiful and convenient. If you have any sort of pain, I strongly recommend PT Solutions!

Laura is super nice! and she is currently helping me there. Everyone is helpful and eager to answer any questions that you may have. They also give you free cold bottled waters, on a hot summer day... Hmm, wonder if they give us customers, hot chocolate in the winter time? Haha. The whole place is incredibly clean! and they always greet you with a smile, when you come in and say bye, on your way out. It's little things like that, that make me, or ( anyone ) just feel incredibly welcomed there. On another note, the restrooms are immaculate! There's plenty of space, they have the knowledge and professionalism of helping out with anything that has to do with physical therapy and I 100% enjoy going there every time. I've already recommended this particular location to family members and friends of mine in the Asheville area. I've been going here for the past couple of years for my PT needs, and look forward to continuing my awesome experiences there.
