PT Solutions of Decatur

PT Solutions in Decatur is an excellent therapy group! We’ve been working with the therapists for 6 or 7 years and trust them completely. My daughter and I have worked with them through many injuries and recovery after broken bones. The therapists are all kind, knowledgeable, effective and all around great people. They always take into account our goals and needs. They listen and are understanding. The push us to the level we can tolerate individually so that we improve steadily and are happy to continue. They are the only group we’ll go to for PT and so grateful for the years of excellent service in a fun environment. Thanks, John Michael, Phillip, and all who’ve helped us over the years! My daughter has worked with Phillip at PT Solutions Decatur location on many occasions, post knee surgery and for support and rehab from various soccer injuries. Each time, he has been exceptionally professional, engaging, thoughtful, creative and compassionate. He has pushed her, but been patient and worked to meet her exactly where she was in the process. His communication and flexibility are impeccable and he consistently thinks outside of the box to get the most out of each session and keep her coming back! All of the staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and the other patients are, too! It’s just a wonderful environment overall, and makes a less than ideal situation much more manageable. We are so thankful to have this facility in such a convenient location, but even if it wasn’t, we would happily travel to have this level of excellence in care!

I’ve been going to PT Solutions for several years off and on, and it’s always a great experience. Phil, my therapist, is so intelligent and helpful. He gets me fixed up in short order! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The front desk is efficient. Basically everything you could want in physical therapy.

Amazing facility and even better staff. Everyone is friendly and you can tell eager to help. I worked with a few different therapists while there for almost 12 months and they were all very attentive and helpful. Phillip Kellogg I worked with 95% of the time and he changed my mind on physical therapy As a fitness expert and gym owner for 20 years I always dismissed PT as an unnecessary component of recovery. It wasn’t until I was forced into 3 surgeries in 8 months that I realized how much PT is needed for a solid, and quick recovery. It truly is a necessary component to recovery and even longevity. I am now recovered from “all” injuries but still try to visit weekly and find myself doing the things I was taught 3-4x a week. Trust me you need this place.

This place is a family affair for us. Through the years my daughter, wife and myself have all been treated here. The staff are great from the front desk who are always personable and jovial, which is huge plus, to the PTs. The facility is open, inviting and fully stocked with equipment. I have had treatments from Phillip and currently from John Michael , they are both awesome. Thanks for fixing us guys ;-) !

Staff and therapists are top notch. Phillip has great insight. He considered all the medical information and my feedback at the entry point and all the exercises and my mobility at every stage of the treatment plans. He’s a genius diagnosing the source problems regarding my pain and he addresses those accordingly with my feedback. My advice is : be compliant and do your assigned exercises at home too. :)

I have been a patient at this location 3 times over the past four years and I have never had a bad experience in the office. Not only as a patient, but as a person, I was given the highest quality care and concern for physical and mental well-being. The therapists are extremely qualified and the staff is warm and welcoming, a great place to be a patient

The Therapists, Phillip Kellogg, and entire staff is nothing but top notch. They dont treat you like a just another number. They really do care about getting you back better than before you came in. I highly recomend!
