ALL interactions with the administrative staff and the therapists were pleasant and professional. The administrative staff accommodated my schedule requests in a positive manner. ALL therapists provided therapy beneficial to my recovery and worked with me by tailoring a program uniquely to my needs. In my appreciation to all, I wish to acknowledge Carmen and David. Carmen arranged my schedule as needed to meet my other appointments and David was a motivator and designed a series of programs useful in my healing. Every person on this staff that I dealt with deserves to be mentioned. What a pleasant treat to have the ladies at the front desk greet me by name every morning I came in. Always super pleasant even when crowd strike took down their system. And the following are not by any means by list of importance. Starting with David (the first therapist I dealt with) a great person who is very knowledgeable. I felt as though he explained everything we were doing and what the exercise was accomplishing. He gave me homework which I felt was hard to get in habit of doing but when I got routine down I noticed significant advances in strength and mobility. Then there is Becca. So incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and thorough. Don’t let her smile fool you. She can put you through some stretching and strength exercises that you’ll remember for quite some time. More times than not I was breaking a sweat by the time sessions were done with Becca. She is very motivational and driven yet kind. Becca is always checking on you to make sure you are doing proper form with a simple thumbs up from across the room, she kept me pushing hard but not too hard as to not cause damage. She finishes the session with a high five and encouragement. Now onto Kate, thought I was going to have an easy day when she asked me to lay down on table early in session as opposed to taking me to the cable pull machine. I was wrong, don’t know what buttons she pushed in my shoulder (definitely felt it while she was doing it) but the range of motions increased significantly after that session. Kate was extremely nice. Every morning I arrived and she was there, she would make sure to say “Hi” . She also was great about explaining the why’s and how’s of what we were doing in the exercises. I would be remised if I didn’t mention Kate’s daily brain teasers on the dry erase board. Many a session my mind was off of daily life issues because my brain was busy trying to figure them out during my exercises (injustcase). During my time of going to PT Solutions Kate was lucky enough to have a trusty sidekick Shannon. Although I did not work directly with Shannon she made sure to check to see how I was doing every time I was there. She was also very motivating and complimentary to me. Last but not least PT Solutions had brought in a traveling therapist, Kevin, who is a great guy. Had a couple of sessions with him. He showed me some great exercises and explained everything in terms I could understand. After 2 months of going to PT Solutions I feel as though I made some great connections with some great people all while getting my strength and range of motion back. The staff is amazing. Fingers crossed I keep from getting injured again but if I do, I will definitely be going back to the Copperas Cove PT Solutions. Thanks to all of you for taking great care of me with such grace and kindness.

Love this place and the staff is amazing! They are fun, and focused. They expect your best, but you get the best from them too! I went in with VERY LITTLE mobility in my shoulder after surgery. On the first appointment, we took measurements and set goals. From then on, it was work, but the work was made fun with the staff personalities. At the beginning of every appointment, they ask you how you're feeling and how you felt the previous appointment went and felt. Each appointment is crafted to work on what is needed the most to reach the goals set. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!!

Becca was awesome! We look forward to getting my daughter back in time for State! As a DPT currently I’m even more excited to get into field and start helping people! We also used my ChampVA.

It has been a pleasure having my mother goes through physical therapy at this facility. The whole team is down to earth. Always there to help and assist. All the therapist demonstrates a remarkable level of patience and empathy. The facility itself exuded a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for everything ❣️

I was appointed to PT Solutions by my Primary Care Provider to work on my lower back and feet pain. This place is a great environment to do Physical Therapy and was very flexible and available for appointments. The front desk has every patients name memorized and had mine down by the second visit! I had Kate, AJ and Christian as my PT’s and each were super kind, courteous, caring, and supportive. You can tell they care about their patients by taking interest in them and that they care about their field as I witnessed them talk with genuine enthusiasm about their continuing education units and current research trends. I am leaving in less pain and more aware of how to care and treat my symptoms at home and on my own. Also I highly recommend dry needling as it helped me significantly in my healing process. Make sure you try to do your PT here.

Today was my first time interacting with PT Solutions, and I already established faith and trust in the staff. Upon calling PT Solution I spoke with Carmin , who equipped me with a NPI number to give to the VA. Once I received approval to utilize this establishment, I was assisted by Nicole. I had a exceptional experience with Nicole of PT Solution. Nicole is very knowledgeable on the VA referral system and contact me through out the entire process .She already knew the names of the agents in the Community Care Admin team 6 department. Nicole wasted no time making sure I had an update referral letter on file, to insure I would receive all of my needed physical therapy appointments. By the time I finish speaking with Nicole, I had already established PT Solution is the right choice for my physical therapy needs. I would recommend everyone to consider PT Solution when looking to attend physical therapy.

Everybody is amazingly great. I never felt uncomfortable with anyone or any of the exercises I did. I love that the front desk remembers you by name! That's a plus. My physical therapist Taylor was an absolute gem! She was sweet and she did an amazing job explaining my injury and what our goals were. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
