PT Solutions of Cartersville

I’ve been to a couple of other physical therapy places and even had two or three come to my house to try to help my back pain, soreness, and to better help me walk. Just started at PT Solutions and am very impressed. I’ve been going, I think twice a week for three weeks and can already feel a difference. I can walk easier barely using my cane with less dependent on it. I have more confidence and not as much pain moving around my apartment. The big wide world is still too scary to attempt alone because of previous falls but we are working on that. I’m ready to go shopping. But I give five stars for PT Solutions for friendliness, care for your comfort, knowledge of what your specific problem requires in respect to procedure and making sure you are doing procedure correctly for the most benefit for your injury. Good job —well done.

Stephanie and Tyler are very knowledgeable and sympathetic to my pain. They are very nice and listen to my needs and give the best exercises to try and help me recover faster but never push me to hurt myself. All the techs are very sociable and it's very comfortable and a family like environment. I always look forward to going to PT. They are the best!

Shelley & the rest of the staff are so awesome! I was somewhat nervous after surgery having to go to PT & it being painful. However, they don’t push you to do things that are painful & just have you doing things that you are comfortable doing & that are what’s best for you! Highly recommend them.

Well qualified staff to provide the required PT to address your specific needs. At times it may result in replacing the need for more invasive surgery! A little soreness during therapy may result in less pain and better mobility in the future!

I recently had knee surgery and chose PT Solutions on Henderson Dr. The front desk clerk always greets me with a smile, as well as the techs. The exercises are very effective in aiding the healing process and the staff/techs are always helpful, always courteous and always always professional.

The therapists are wonderful. So friendly too! Makes the sessions so much easier. Love the location on Henderson Dr. Cartersviile GA!

I would like to give a shout out to PT Solutions of Cartersville. I have been going there for a couple of weeks for physical therapy after having surgery. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and the Henderson Drive location is close to my home, so it’s very convenient. I highly recommend them.

I realize this is a large company throughout the Southeast, but it needs to concentrate on fewer offices and more equipment and staff. The reason I disliked my experience was because they had little to no equipment to aid in recovery. I had a ruptured/repaired Achilles Tendon. They have no weight machines, one treadmill, and one bike. There was no way to strengthen my legs besides lunges and squats which I can do at home. They also constantly seemed to be rotating or losing staff. The staff had never seen an injury like mine and honestly, I'm not sure they knew how to treat it. Most of the staff was courteous, but some of the fill in people could have benefited from an attitude adjustment.
