I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to PT Solutions. Thanks to Greg’s dedicated care and personalized rehabilitation plan I have made significant strides in my recovery. I have regained strength, mobility, and confidence that I never thought possible in such a short time. Therapist was not the same as the day before and did not seem to have a plan for my treatment. She also worked with another client at the same time. When I was finishing reps early she added reps. We finished early so I spent 15 minutes with an ice pack. Waste of my time

I came to PT Solutions with a broken hip unable to walk and recovering from recent cancer surgery. I immediately knew I was in the right place. Two friendly front office staff took good care of me in helping me fill out the paperwork and get me ready to begin my journey to healing. They were also easy to work with in helping schedule my appointments. The facility and equipment are clean and in good condition. The therapists I found to be friendly, caring and highly knowledgeable. What makes PT Solutions different is that they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and give me extra attention and patience when I was having bad days. I would not be where I am today without their heartfelt encouragement to continue working toward my recovery. I have been to several physical therapy facilities over the years to recover from a knee replacement to broken bones but PT Solutions by far beats them all with their incredible knowledge and expertise in applying the right exercises to help you get well. You will not find a better place. They are like family.

I owe a debt of graditude that goes well beyond the fantastic physical therapy I recieved for my total hip replacement. Katie and Falon are profesionals and extremely knowledgeable with their craft. They believed in me and pushed me to get better. Greg is an expert in physical therapy. He runs the office and leads by example. He helped me out when I had an absolute mess in my billing. At PT Solutions of Canton West the staff is absolutely excellent, very professional as well as knowledgeable physical therapists. Melissa & Bella office personnel were extremely friendly as well as helpful. Greg, Jeremiah, Fallan and Katie are beyond phenomenal. Greg and Jeremiah primarily worked with me with a knee injury. Every sore, hurting area was addressed with my visits. A huge Thank You for the superb care, kindness and healing touch to easy my pain and progress in a timely matter!! I appreciate everything very much!

I was diagnosed with a “frozen shoulder”. The name sounds much too meek and mild for the amount of pain that it caused. I had little to no mobility in my shoulder and just getting dressed or carrying my purse was a painful chore. When my doctor recommended Physical Therapy I did an immediate internal eye roll. I had been to physical therapy in the past with a different issue and I just felt like it was a complete waste of my time. The doctor told me I could go to any PT facility I would like, but he highly recommended PT Solutions Canton West as his first choice. I put off going for another few weeks and figured if it weren’t something that required surgery then it wasn’t too serious. At this point, I was having to wash my hair with one hand because I couldn’t lift my other arm. I have a desk job and even just typing and moving a mouse became painful and I could no longer pick up or carry my grandbabies. So I thought….what the heck….PT may not help, but at this point it sure can’t hurt. My first appointment, I walked in and Greg Woodard was assigned as my therapist. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was very thorough in explaining frozen shoulder to me and what the plan was on how we were going to correct it. He was confident that after a few weeks my shoulder would feel so much better. I on the other hand was very skeptical but I promised my family I would give it a try. I was going 3 times a week and always worked with Greg. It never felt like physical therapy, it just felt like meeting up with a friend to talk about what was going on in our lives and doing some exercises and stretches while we talked. This certainly made me not dread going to the appointments but instead I actually started to look forward to them and the hour flew by. I started to notice some slight improvement with my shoulder but remained skeptical of a complete "fix". But out of nowhere, at one of the appointments, it was a night and day difference. I was suddenly able to lift my arm. It was amazing. I continued to go for a few more appointments to make sure this wasn’t just a fluke. And sure enough….I was healed. Greg Woodard is nothing less than a Physical Therapy prodigy and shoulder wizard!!! Physical Therapy in itself is never fun, in my opinion. But Greg has a way of making it suck a lot less and an appointment that you look forward to keeping. And for me, showing up was half the battle. There isn’t another physical therapist or facility that I would ever recommend other than Greg Woodard and PT Solutions in Canton West. I can’t say enough good things about my experience or ever thank him enough.

First off, entering you are greeted by two happy and fun loving receptionists. From there the atmosphere only gets better. All the therapists are well trained and knowledgeable! I interacted with all of them regularly. I specifically worked with Greg and Jeremiah because of the nature of my injuries and my rehabilitation goals. I am a wheelchair Athlete and need my shoulders to work well!! These two gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to sports injuries and the body's mechanics in sports. This knowledge helped them work specific exercise so I could return to my sport in a timely manner. I had a variety of techniques used on me including dry needling, which does hurt like you'd think, and "scraping" to help rid my back and shoulders of severe knots from being worked. I have already referred others there and will never go anywhere else!!!
