PT Solutions of Blue Ridge

This was my first visit. My therapist ,Johanna, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The entire staff is pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and organized. I am looking forward to working with my therapist to improve my strength and prepare for knee surgery.

Post-surgical rehab has far exceeded my surgeons (and my) expectations! Working with Angie has been great - she knows when to push and when to back off. My surgeon had told me to expect at least 12 months to recover but I have done so in just 3 - proof that if you do the exercises consistently at home that you are taught during the sessions, recovery is both faster and easier. Kudos to the entire staff at PT Solutions - Blue Ridge!

I enrolled in therapy at PT Solutions, Blue Ridge. I never regretted a minute of making that decision. Angela and Jeff determined my needs and put me right to work accomplishing the therapy I was needing. I was tire after many visits, but I knew they were doing their job. Everyone @ PT Solutions, Blue Ridge were always cordial and respecful to me. It was on a1st name basis from day 1. Thanks to everyone there, that helped me obtain my goal, of building endurance and strength.

The staff at PT Solutions offered me the best customer service during my 5 week physical therapy. Their attention to detail helped me achieve my goals. They also have a wide range of equipment available. I highly recommend them.

Angela took so much time to fully evaluate my issues. She really listened to me and tailored my exercises to fit my current conditions. I feel very satisfied that I will see progress!

Just left this place asking for advice..... If I could give it a negative 10 star I would. And don't care if they respond to me!!! I had therapy last January for a couple of sessions after my bicep surgery. I am 56 years old and kind of a big guy. 240 Lbs 6'2" Place was understaffed (I get it. can't find help) So my therapist was working with 3-4 people at a time each time I was there not able to provide full attention. Im easy going so no biggie. The Therapist was confused everytime I came in and had to refer to notes. (I get that too. But Blue Ridge Ga is a small town can't remember my face?) During my time there, I saw 3 different therapist. I did not complete the whole program due to time. Drove by earlier this week to speak to someone about my bicep. It looks like popeye. I have friends who went through therapy and there's looks fine. Left a message for someone to call me. No calls! Went today and meet the 1st therapist who treated me. Very rude and said "I don't know what to tell you..." "Go to the surgeon or your primary care and get a referral!" What? WTH? I asked if she has ever seen this or are there any other exercises I can do... Again she said " I don't know what to tell you." This is the 1st bad review I have ever written and I hate for it to be about a company in my own home town. This has been the most unprofessional, Rude and uneducated experience I have encountered. You mean to tell me... You have never seen something like this before? You absolutely have no idea what is going on? I'm still pissed. She couldn't at least smile and say...I don't know...maybe.... "I'm not sure about that. Let me get with one of the other therapist and get back to you." Instead, you looked me right in the eye and said "I don't know what to tell you!" I said well, OK. Stood up and before I could turn you speed off. No thanks for coming in, good bye, Nothing! I guess your bread and butter is with the senior citizens so screw the young (well young-ish) people. No more health related care for me in Fannin county. Just damn! And if they want to call me, I was a customer. Look my number up! I'll answer for sure!!!

I am on vacation and unfortunately had an injury. I called and they were able to get me an appointment within 24 hours. After seeing them they pointed out some movement deficiencies and gave me some exercises to do so I can stay strong during the recovery process.

I have been a patient at PT Solutions in Blue Ridge since finishing up cancer surgery and six months of chemotherapy. As an oncology nurse, I've worked alongside physical therapists many times and I knew how valuable their expertise and encouragement can be in the recovery process. Angela and the whole team at PTS-BR have been a big part of my journey to regain strength, flexibility and stamina. They are knowledgeable, professional and fun. I am also so glad that PTS-BR offers pelvic floor physical therapy -- a speciality that is often hard to find in smaller communities.
