I have been going to PT Solutions of Bastrop for three months now. Not only is the staff personal and compassionate but they are very focused on their patient's progress and they are experts in their field. Every time I go, I am impressed with how they interact with all their patients and how they maintain a positive environment for growth and improvement. When I began physical therapy I was unable to walk unassisted and without pain. Now I am very active and even ran for the first time this year. PT Solutions and Karissa have been a huge part of my progress and have been cheering me on every step of the way! I highly recommend them for your physical therapy journey.

I can’t recommend PT Solutions enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. My therapist took the time to thoroughly explain each exercise and how it would help in my recovery. The progress I’ve made in just a few weeks is remarkable, and I owe it all to their expertise. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a positive atmosphere that makes each visit enjoyable. If you’re looking for top-notch care in orthopedic physical therapy, this is the place to go!

Great option for PT in the Bastrop area. The staff are all very kind and they were able to put together a recovery plan that facilitated a swift return to health. Five stars, would recommend. Contemplating breaking my other leg just to visit.

This was my first experience with PT Solutions. I found the atmosphere to be open and casual; the staff welcoming and professional. Over 10 sessions, I regained 95% of the strength and mobility in my shoulder. Karan was the therapist that I worked with. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He demonstrated the correct form for each exercise and guided me to push myself gently to get the desired results. I found him professional but with a good sense of humor. I have been to other PT organizations in the past and found PT Solutions to be a much better fit for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My husband (LaVell) went to PT solution's for therapy, his therapist was Karrissa. I referred him to her, since I had her in the past. He loved going to see her, he would always say, she really worked me today. She listens to all of your concerns. She was flexible if I needed to change his appointment. She text or call to checkin with you. Awesome communication! Thank you for getting his shoulder back strong ! I need him around the house! PT solution's is the best!

My experience with PT Solutions was always satisfactory. Making appts is easy. They always get you back quickly for therapy. My therapist Dallas Roberts is the best!! She’s extremely knowledgeable. Her care is comprehensive. She always goes above and beyond! Her chair side manner can’t be matched. She gets to know you and truly finds interest in your life and cares about your recovery. Every session was like hanging out with a good friend. 10/10 recommend!

I will share this feedback with you, reader, in the hopes that it will help you find the right path for your healing & recovery, and I will avoid discussing the particular ins-and-outs of my experience with the Bastrop *franchised* PT Solutions location – based on a total of six full sessions with a licensed physical therapist. *First, ALWAYS schedule a proper, free consultation with the lead provider of an establishment like this. You will need to bring this up, as they are happy to lock you into a billing cycle ASAP and skip this. Arrive prepared – See below. Questions for the provider: 1.) What is your strategy for placing clients with practitioners? Is it first-come-first-serve, or do you carefully consider a practitioner's skill-set and experience level, as it relates to my diagnosis and situation? Will this be a dedicated practitioner, or will I be moved around based on your scheduling needs? 2.) Do you and your team take the time to review and consider factors unique to my situation such as MRIs, X-Rays, physician's notes, etc., to inform any plans for my care you might formulate? 3.) What is the length of each session, and how much of that time will be spent on a bike, etc. – vs. one-on-one time with the practitioner? Will the practitioner provide dedicated one-on-one time, or will they have multiple clients scheduled at once, in addition to me? How many additional clients, at maximum? 4.) What is your estimated time-frame for recovery in a situation like mine? How many sessions per week will you seek with me, and why? 5.) Will my practitioner provide detailed, nuanced homework? Will they proactively check-in with me on my form & execution, and keep my plan varied and challenging? Will they explain to me the mechanics of the work we are doing together? 6.) What are the metrics, with what indicators will your establishment's team measure my progress? Will I receive any kind of plan-of-action from you? When? 7.) If I am placed with one of your practitioners, will there be any oversight from the management team, to gauge how I am feeling about my progress (or lack thereof); my practitioner's ability to relate to me and my situation; etc.? At what intervals, or how often, might I expect this action from you? 8.) How will my practitioner analyze my movement and form, and how & when should this be communicated to me? 9.) If I need further medical care, does your establishment have good relationships with surgeons, doctors, and other care providers? Would you say I could feel confident about any referrals you might be able to provide me with? 10.) Finally, you likely know that you need to be your own advocate for your medical care. I hope this helps you get the right fit the first time, instead on spending your time and money "trusting the process," and learning the hard way what absolutely will not work for you. If an establishment like PT Solutions Bastrop seems unprepared for any of these questions, follow your gut instinct. I recommend you take detailed notes (bring a companion if helpful), and get your answers in writing. The right care for you is out there, and you deserve it to yourself to find it. Best of luck.
