Felt very comfortable with the therapist. She explained things very well. She even gave me things to do at home until I see her again. She as very caring and concerned about my situation.

Physical Therapy at 550 W. Redstone Avenue #100, Crestview FL I have continuously tried to explain that I have severe pain after doing the Physical Therapy exercises on non solid ground. The mat and other cushioned items used in their treatment cause me to stay off my ankle completely for at least 24 hrs after the appointment. I have had zero problems during or after any other exercises or appointments. They have goaded me, spoke under their breaths and continued to make me do these exercises. It is evident they lack the professional ability and the intelligence to work around a patients needs. ALL BODIES ARE NOT 100 % THE SAME AS 100% OF ALL CLIENTS. Here I am again not walking for an entire day after maybe 5 minutes of exercises provided at this office. Ridiculous treatment and knowledge!

First therapy session, but Genia quickly diagnosed my issues and explained the process to regain muscular control issues.

Everyone at PT Solutions are wonderful and very knowledgeable in helping to get you where you need to be in therapy. They are very pleasant and caring. Kaitlyn, Willow, and Jamie are awesome with their clients. I would recommend them to family, friends, and coworkers.

After rotator cuff surgery, I went to PT Solutions. The staff is very friendly and quick to get appointments set up. I worked with Kaitlin and Jill. They were knowledgeable and aware of my needs. Thanks to their help and guidance I am recovering well.

I started therapy and from day 1 was more informed of how to properly care for my injuries and exercises that will help me from now on to help further injury.I was also introduced to dry needling! I suffer from a traumatic brain injury and since I have been going to PT Solutions, I have seen major Improvement with my strength my balance and my coordination with my hand. The therapist there and the receptionist are all amazing. They are more than therapist they become your friend. This is definitely a place I would recommend to anybody.
