PT Plus Physical Therapy

Horrible experience. This is my 3rd visit, but they don't have air conditioning. The receptionist told me that she couldn't verify my co payments with my insurance, because the INS system was down, but I called immediately and I was able to speak with the rep, who told me how much my co pay is. Also, the receptionist said that the credit card machine doesn't work, and they keep accumulating my payments. Besides the pt Virginia started talking about a patient just left, because he said he is not coming back here, me either. I think it's very rude, talking about the patients at front other patients. Probably they are talking about me now, because I told the receptionist I don't like to do my business with unprofessional people and poor service. So why I should come back here right?

Girls in front are nice the therapist are rude twice there and they expect u to know. Somethinf they dint explain to u
