PT Orthodontics

We have been loving PT Orthodontics in Pell City. Everyone is so friendly and love the option to be able to text things as needed. Very efficient, pleasant attitudes and a very welcoming atmosphere. Multiple payment options. My nine year old daughter looks forward to her appointments! I can't remember the name of the woman she usually sees, unfortunately, but she's amazing! She went over so many options to help my girl start her journey to a smile she can have confidence in and I always leave feeling happy with our decision. Seriously, nicest staff ever and of course, very educated in what they do and make sure I know exactly how to care for her teeth at home. Highly recommend!

Dr. Osborne, Lexie his assistant, and his whole staff are fantastic. They make you feel like family. I wore braces twenty something years ago for 5 years. So, I wasn't thrilled about having to wear them again. They made my experience very pleasant and am beyond thrilled with my results.

The friendly, professional staff is very much appreciated and it is so helpful to have multiple offices that can take clients if there is a problem when the Pell City location is closed. From day one, Dr. Osborne has been great! His staff has always been the sweetest. Never had a care when I walked in. I finally got my braces off today, but I’ll be sure sure to recommend this great group to anyone looking for braces.

Horrible, horrible place. They do not care about their patients as they claim at this location especially patients of color. They have terrible attitudes when u ask them questions and mistreat the kid. They need a whole new crew And new orthodontics here too. They told numerous lies about my child braces . I had to move her to a better location. This location needs to be shut down!
