I can’t say enough about how great this practice is. Everyone on staff at both the Sandy Springs & Buckhead offices (only ones I’ve been to) is cheerful, helpful and completely present. Justin Thomas - the practitioner I use - is the best. After several other practices/ practitioners over the last 3 years have told me there’s nothing to be done for an ongoing issue since a major surgery several years ago, Justin immediately recognized the problem, set me up on a recovery plan, and I’m now on my way back to the former “me body” that I’ve been missing.

Justin is great! He put together a great rehab program for me and I’m now playing tennis with no pain. Progressing into more endurance, speed and strength now so the injury doesn’t happen again. Great experience!

The attentiveness to my explanation of the pain that I was having, and being able to develop a plan to holistically address the source of the pain, was all that I could hope for as a patient. Thank you Justin Thomas for taking the time to educate me on contributing factors and empowering me with information needed to not only understand my ailment, but also afford me the confidence that a pain free future was possible with a few changes. The personal investment made in insuring that the care provided is as tailored and unique as the circumstance is a true differentiator. Nearly a week removed, I can confidently say that I am on the path to a more comfortable life because of the care you provided.

Met with representative, a Physical Therapist, and after assessing my situation prescribed a set of exercises to augment my existing routine. It included the deletion of 3 parts of that routine that he deemed inappropriate. The representative was friendly, informed and professional.

I have seen at least a dozen physical therapists for various ailments. David Mesnick is unlike any other therapist. His understanding of the human body is unprecedented. He takes the time to explain the mechanics of your condition in terms you can understand. He doesn’t use only exercises to heal, but includes dry needling, manipulation, massage, ultra sound and the many machines and exercise apparati he has right there in his office. He is a truly hands-on professional. When I needed rotator cuff surgery, I knew who I wanted to help me with my rehabilitation. He was a deciding factor for my going ahead with the surgery, knowing he would get me through the long rehab period. David drafted a pre-surgery exercise program for range of motion and strength. After the surgery, he patiently monitored my progress and fine-tuned the program specifically for my rate of recovery. For anyone needing physical therapy, especially if facing shoulder, hip, or knee surgery, do NOT select PT online. Nor do you want to select PT in a room with 10 other patients where your therapist gives you a set of exercises to do and then leaves. Instead, sign up with PT 360 and have David treat you one-on-one. Your treatment is conducted in privacy where you can discuss your personal symptoms that you may not want a room full of people to hear. I am firmly convinced that David’s therapy has enabled this seventy-five-year-old woman to recover from a complex surgery. There is no other PT choice than David Mesnick. Period.

I am patient for past 1.5. I don’t know where I would be without David, Justin and Sam. Their approach to rehabilitation, with exercises and manual therapy was extremely helpful, however emotional support and positive approach to healing added so much value for me. When your therapist believes in you and gives you tools to get better you are on right path. Highly recommend PT360 amazing team. I am close to full recovery. I plan to continue monthly sessions to keep me strong, and aligned. Thank you !

I would give David 10 stars on Google if I could! After attending physical therapy at one of the large orthopedic groups in Atlanta for several months, I decided it was time for a change. Fortunately, I was referred to PT 360 to deal with a labral tear pre-surgery and a resulting messed up SI joint. David definitely helped me more than the previous therapist, no comparison, but I ended up needing a hip replacement. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him post surgery. He has been an immense help to me, physically and mentally. The surgery is not as easy as you would expect based on what people tell you - part of it I attribute to the surgeons not wanting you to know the truth, another part to people not remembering some of the pain and frustration they dealt with during the many months of recovery. David has helped me every time I go in to see him for the various aches and pains that go along with hip replacement. I stayed with him much longer than most people, because he always gives me advice and tips on how to address various painful issues and to lessen the frustration of a slow recovery. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him, but I do know that my frustration level probably would’ve soared through the roof. You get a hands-on, 50 minutes of attention from David – this is not like one of the big PT groups where they merely tell you what exercises to do and then walk away after 10 minutes. David knows how to move you and stretch you to help with the pain and the stiffness and the soreness post surgery. This is what physical therapy should be! David is the best!!!

Justin is an amazing diagnostician, and he follows it with solid education for the patient. He helps me understand what is wrong, and what exactly my treatment is doing to correct it. He also very clearly sets expectations for my time in between appointments. He gives me tools to help prevent problems, and solutions for when I may regress. He empowers the patient to take control of their own healing. I’m not healed yet, but I’m super satisfied with my road so far.
