PruittHealth - Sylvester

My grandma was at this facility in 2017 & 2018. It was hard to put her in a nursing home, but the love and care she received while here was amazing! The staff treated her and our family like family. I was very thankful for all they did!

My mother was in here a few years ago. She was treated very well and loved. When she passed away, the care takers were all in there to say goodbye and were all crying.

The staff at Pruitt Health in Sylvester Ga has been amazing in helping me navigate through the process of getting my mother in law into the facility and helping me with the paperwork to get her on Medicaid. They keep me informed about what is going on with the process, I just can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them and how well they are at taking care of their patients needs.I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs care for their loved ones.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care my father received at PruittHealth Sylvester. Sadly, he recently passed away, but the support and compassion provided by the administration and staff during his time there were truly remarkable. The administration and staff at [Nursing Home Name] demonstrated unwavering dedication, treating my father with kindness, respect, and dignity. The communication and assistance with any questions was invaluable, offering both him and our family a sense of peace. If I have to do this again, I will definitely be requesting this facility.

Overall, I would rate this facility a 3 out of 5 stars. There are some great employees who operate under a system that may not give them everything they need to be greater. The building is old and there are issues with plumbing. Sometimes supplies are low and that may be due to management. However, the employees seem to have respect for one another and work well together. The patients get what they need to stay in good health mentally and physically.

Weekend Staff was unfriendly/ I did not receive meals without asking for them/ tv did not have proper controls/ I did not hear from therapy staff until I went to their room Mon afternoon. The gentleman who talked with me then was very nice but said he had watched me walking with walker and that they didn’t do the type of therapy I needed. I called my daughter and advised her to pick me up and sign me out Tues morning.

Great job when my Mother in law was there. Treated her very good.
