Truly a 5 star home. The residents who live there are active and happy. The staff care for each person as individuals. I have personally recommend to friends, even though it may be a farther drive for visitors. Highly recommend!

My mother is recovering from surgery . The nursing staff, therapist ,social worker and dietary have all been doing a great job taking care of her and helping to meet her needs as she recovers. Thank you all.
I was truly reluctant to place my Mom in a nursing home as most of them have a bad rap. But after meeting with the Admissions Director, Brandon, my mind was placed at ease. He answered all my questions, addressed all of my concerns and my Mom is actually thriving in Pruitt Swainsboro. The staff is friendly and professional and my Mom is happy.
This is my brother's go-to skilled nursing facility for care when he needs it. The staff is always very informed, cheerful and caring. Their physical therapy staff is excellent. His room accommodations and food service is very good. His care there in general is excellent.
In my profession I deal with many skill nursing facilities and I have to say that working with Brandon is top notch. He makes the transition seamless . Patients and families love him and I have had many return raving about the treatment and care they received at Pruitt Swainsboro.
I would like to thank the administration and clinical staff of Pruitt Health Swainsboro. I was always met with positive attitudes and professionalism. My dad was admitted in Feb of 2023 after a very serious medical episode. Brandon in admissions made the admission process easy and was such a great help. The rehab team met with me a couple of days after my dad’s admission to review their rehab plans and expectations. I’m thankful to all that assisted with my dad’s recovery and can say that he is back home doing great. Thank you all,
I can't say enough positive things about Brandon Johnson the admissions coordinator, after weeks of calling different facilities whom would not return my calls or were extremely rude to me about my situation, Brandon jumped in head first when I called him to inquire about the facility. Tiffany the building administrator answered all my questions and I was also contacted by the Nursing staff and I answered all their questions. They have gone above and beyond to make the transition from home to the facility as smooth as possible. They are continuing to make adjustments as needed and they do contact me with any questions or concerns. We are thankful for our Pruitt Health family.
This is the worse place ever. My mom was there last then 24 hours. She gone there for 30 day’s rehabilitation. We visited our mom the same day she got there. She was doing fine. My brother went to visit her the next day that was on a Sunday. He find her dead in the room with the same dirty clothes she went in there with. She was laying flat on her back. They had feed her and she Aspirated. The worse day of my whole entire life.
