I can't say enough about the excellent care provided at PruittHealth N. Augusta. The administrator and her team work tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly and quality care is provided to all residents and families. The genuine love and concern for the community is always recognized by the staff here at PruittHealth N Augusta.

The administrator would rather talk to a resident about cats, and how quick things got cleaned up than to a patient's family member that has a concern. One night nurse the call Fudge just left a resident on a mattress with a thin blanket on him, no sheets no clothes of any kind. This CNA should be ashamed and so should the administrator. What if it was your family member being treated this way.

This facility is AMAZING! The care and staff are spot on! PLEASE send your loved ones here if you need rehab, long term care, hospice, or respite services! They also have a huge generator so no losing power at this location!

I’ve been a nurse for several years and I can confirm that the care at Pruitt Health North Augusta is unmatched. When I retire, if i ever need placement I know which private room I’m taking here! Go Pruitt Health North Augusta! Also by the way the food is tasty!

Pruitt Health North Augusta is an awesome facility. When I visited the facility, I was very pleased by the atmosphere and wonderful staff. In addition, working with the admission coordinator was amazing; the communication and making sure everything was correct.

This facility and its staff members are very welcoming. I experienced fantastic communication and witnessed friendly, professional care for the residents. Ms. Kisha was an over-the-top professional and quick to respond.

We made the choice to bring my dad to PruittHealth- North Augusta after his hospitalization for rehab. He is now home and doing well! We appreciate the care that he received from everyone there. Thank you PruittHealth- North Augusta!!
