Providence Sub Acute Care Center - San Pedro

This facility doesn't live up to their mission. My 38 yr old daughter suffered a Stroke, which has resulted in Anexic brain disorder. While at this facility, she was taken to the ER for severe UTI. She was gone beyond 7 days. No one called us to collect and pick up her personal belongings. When my Son in Law went to finally pick up her stuff, he noticed that some of her belongings were missing. The social worker who was assigned to my daughter wasn't very helpful at all. To this day, we've only recovered small stuff and the bigger items are still missing or shall I say, have been stolen. This happened at Little Company of Mary in San Pedro which is owned by Providence Hospital. We plan to file a complaint and hopefully, the TV station will entertain our sad and disgusting experience from this nursing facility. Nursing facilities are the worst place to put your loved ones. I can honestly say, they do not care about your loved ones, at all. This facility is one of those many. Zero stars for this one.

Their Staff Is OVER WORKED and treated UNFAIRLY..The Managers have no respect for the employees..The staff is Rude and Non welcoming..They have CNAS their that have been their for years and they don't pay them anything smh The Workload is beyond ridiculous!!They need too be sued for workplace slavery!!!
