Quite literally the worst theraputic experience for a child with autism. This is not the place for any child with a disability. They are a short term facility wasting children’s precious time. Miserable experience for my son and myself. The only reason why he was there was because it is the ONLY place in south Orange County that is contracted with my sons Caloptima plan. This place should be shut down for ethical violations and discrimination against those with disabilities. Waited over a year for occupational therapy there only for them to drop the service. Miserable and not kid friendly.

Very effective organisation, I see really good progress with speech! Good professionals, especially Mr Matt.

My son has been getting treatment here for several months now and the improvements are incredible. The staff does a great job of getting to know my son and doing work that he will gravitate to and encourage language. We are more than pleased with their services.

We have two children who were supposed to be receiving therapy services from this company. One was in need of OT & Speech and the other was in need of OT Speech and PT. One of them was capable of wearing a mask and one was not. When we had their assessments done in October of 2020 we had no issue with our child who was not capable wearing a mask. Her first OT appointment was made for January of 2021. When we arrived for her appointment she was denied entry because she was not capable of wearing a mask or shield. The company had changed its policy’s since her initial evaluation and was no longer allowing clients to come in for session who were not capable of wearing a face covering. Not sure why this wasn’t communicated with clients prior to appointments but it wasn’t. They offered Telehealth as a alternative but our 3 1/2 year old daughter is at the same age as a 12 month old developmentally and we knew it would not work since we had already tried doing preschool virtually. We had to cancel all of her OT apts moving forward, her speech assessment that we had to wait 4 months for and her PT assessment. I would never work with this company again and I hope when all this is said and done companies like this who choose not to make accommodations for children with cognitive disabilities especially when they are providing services that are a medical necessity for them get sued big time. If we could give it 0 stars we would.

I come her for my Medicare hearing exams, hearing aids, and service. I have United Health Care with Memorial Care. Love that Providence sees children, as well.

Didn’t let know the appt was cancelled. Didn’t call or leave a message. Disappointed because every kid shouldn’t left behind.

Completely unorganized in scheduling, would book an appointment and when you go the person who made it (his name was David) forgot to save it in the system after 2 months wait time for it and would not even apologize for it Billng wise even though they ate listed as an innetwork provider they would still bill you as out of network provider Over all my experience with them was really bad
