Excellent care and service provided by the attendants, doctor, nurses, receiving and welcoming staff, and volunteer. Very pleased with the quality of service provided, and very thankful.

I just had hip replacement surgery at this hospital. I just wish I could give more than 5 stars. EVERYBODY was absolutly stellar. The intake nurse was upbeat and efficient. The surgeon and anesthesiologist were extremely competant and caring. OR doctors have a reputation of being cold and aloof which is the oppsite of what I experienced. My hip replacement went well and I was eventually returned to my room where the post operation nurses took over. They made sure that I was as comfortable as possible after such a major surgery and made sure my drugs were taken care of. I did not experience a single unpleasent person during my time at Redwood Memorial Hospital. Thank you all!!!

The absolute rudest “doctor” I’ve ever experienced in my life & I have alot of experience with the medical field. Going to THIS hospital was an mistake. I didn’t realize that medical “professionals” could care so little & be so mean/rude when their job is literally helping peoples wellbeing. If you are that unhappy Mr Dr, maybe you should stop working with the public, seek therapy for yourself perhaps. Save yourself some trouble & travel to any other hospital. I wouldn’t trust my life to this hospital, regardless of the circumstances.

Very disappointed. Went in the afternoon to be seen, was there for 4 hours, wasn't seen properly, no actual diagnosis, was given a few medications and discharged, with a rude nurse.

I’d give negative stars if possible. My daughter was charged more than $6000 and did not receive any reasonable information or help. She’s still suffering. What has our medical profession come to???!

ER front desk person was a nightmare. Rude and condescending. My infant was throwing up and there were people in the back cracking up and laughing. We waited for over an hour with no one else in the waiting room and when I asked what the wait was for she said it was a shift change. I said we’ve been here for over an hour and she said- you could try Providence sarcastically and so we went there and were treated immediately and much better. So sad… she just didn’t want to do her job.

Most entitled and lazy nurses I have ever spoken to. They won't do anything that takes effort, your loved ones are in danger if you take them here.

My mother sought care here for amniotic fluid testing during a "geriatric pregnancy". The doctor stabbed her three times with a massive needle, barely managed to collect a tiny amount of the fluid only to tell my father, "if it comes out too ugly, I'll take care of it for you." That child was stillborn. I was born a healthy baby in Fort Bragg a couple years later. My parents filed a complaint with no response. I will update this review with the doctor's name the next time I have access to the complaint record. As this was 30 years ago, I certainly hope that the doctor has retired is are not continuing to shame/abuse patients seeking medical care. I have zero faith in faith-based healthcare as a result of this intensely personal story.
