The worst run medical department I have ever seen. I called multiple times to get an appointment, and was told each time they were going to call me next week. I finally told the office that It had been over a month and a half since my referral and she said she guessed I waited long enough and gave me an appointment. I saw 2 different PTs for evaluations, then was told they wanted another test before doing any actual PT. They would not give me an estimate of how long this would take to get done. If I was told they were low on staffing or some other reason for the lack of appointment or progress this would make some kind of sense, but as it is- this is a very frustrating department to deal with and I would say to go anywhere else.

They are very professional and have been excellent with my rehab.I went to them back in twenty twenty one when I had a stroke and they got me back to at least 95% They are now working with me after neck surgery every one is excellent

My mother was referred here and every time she comes in she is assigned a new person. They didn’t have the most recent imaging and x rays of my mothers injuries. And after my mother is trying to tell them what is wrong which is a BROKEN HIP. They are making her do exercises that are for a completely different injury. They won’t listen to my mom when she is trying to explain what’s wrong with her. She said she feels like just a number. They do not make this experience personable at all. They don’t listen to their clients, they aren’t concerned for their clients, and they definitely either don’t know how to care for their clients or just straight up don’t care about them. If you have the choice, research some different places.

I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received at Providence rehab. They worked to get me a schedule that was good for me. I worked with a therapist named David who was excellent and did a thorough investigation of my problem. He organized exercises that helped me tremendously. I would recommend them.

They are unprofessional. For a cognitive review after a stroke , I was given a word problem paper dated 1993 ! Embarrassing ! I was assigned a different therapist almost every visit who insisted on spending more than half the time on assessments rather than therapy . Speech , occupational, and physical therapy cost money , and I requested home exercises as repitition is what works . Only the physical therapist came up with recommendations . Go anywhere else if you have any copay at all and get more for your money .

I was given a referral to them for an evaluation. My primary insurance did not cover the cost of the eval but they would not even check with the secondary. They gave me a phone number for their financial associates to discuss costs and insurance. The financial associate would not even check with the secondary either. I know that if my primary and secondary did not cover it my health care reimbursement would but they refused to even call or check with my secondary. If the Doctors office is not willing to make a phone call then there is no way I am going to pay them $540 for the eval. I will go somewhere that is willing to make the call. I know I am covered but they're customer service sucks. Spend your money elsewhere if you can.

My Physical Therapist are great. The building is very dated and is kind of run down.
