Providence Outpatient Rehab Center - Torrance

Extremely disappointed. Stay away if you can. 1. After 6 sessions I experienced little or no progress. 2. Worse yet, the check-in staff never discussed the cost of the evaluation and sessions with me. Twice, I asked if I owed a co-pay or something. Their answer was "Oh no, you are good to go." They did ask for my insurance card, and certainly processed it, but never provided with any information about the costs. Today I received a bill for $956.78. Really? It is the consumers' right to be informed of the cost of treatment. Why is that personnel is not doing it? Something is wrong in this picture. I do not recommend Providence Physical Therapy.
