I cannot say enough about the care I received before and after my prolapse surgery. Carrie provided the therapy that I needed to prepare for surgery and my post care to insure that my surgery was a success and that I would have the necessary exercises and information to use going forward. Pelvic Floor therapy was a game changer for me and needs to be incorporated into all women’s ’ healthcare throughout their life. Besides the actually therapy, Carrie was always responsive when I had questions or concerns.

I am forever thankful for the care that I received from Dr. Dendtler during my postpartum journey. I felt as though I wasn’t receiving proper care or attention with my previous providers, and I’m so glad I made the switch to Provenance. Dr. D went above and beyond for me. I’ve “graduated” from physical therapy, yet she still checks in with me and sends me helpful articles. I recommend her to anyone in need of pelvic floor services!
I would highly recommend Carrie at Provenance rehab. for pelvic floor issues. I’ve had multiple procedures on my back and one leg as well as a series of kidney stone procedures last spring. I needed some help and reassurance to get my bladder function back to what I considered normal for my age, and she did exactly that. I felt comfortable talking to her about very intimate issues and she always answered with grace and kindness.
I'm 63 years old and earlier this year I was diagnosed with a prolapsed bladder. My first option was to try rehab. There are traditional center everywhere, but because of the intimate nature I looked for one that specifically addressed my problem. The Provenance staff bios and reviews are quite impressive and so I felt encouraged. My therapist was Carrie Dendtler and she is wonderful. From our first till our last visit she made me feel at ease, she did not assumed that I knew what to expect but took time each meeting to explain what she was doing and why and asking how I was feeling. She was so supportive and encouraging even when I was not at times. In this day and age it was refreshing to find a group that was sincerely caring and goes the extra mile.
Originally was recommended by my trainer to see a pelvic floor PT in my area after having my son via C section. Initially went in kinda nervous but Carrie is so awesome!! She made me feel super comfortable and addressed a combination of issues besides just core engagement. I love her so much and can't rave about her enough. 💛
I feel like a million bucks every time I walk out of here. I see Carrie and she is so amazing, sweet, knowledgeable, and truly wants to see her patients feel better. Lori, the office manager, is also absolutely amazing, communicates well, and goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am so thankful I was referred here by my genetics doctor and friend. Sincerely, a chronic illness and pain patient who has found some relief.
Pelvic floor therapy with Carrie has been life changing. Carrie listens, advocates, and partners to ensure that pain or other issues are addressed. I am thankful every day for all Carrie has done for me. 100% recommend for anyone with pelvic floor issues (or bladder issues!).
I had a great experience at Provenance! Carrie was wonderful, and I saw big improvements during the time I saw her. I would HIGHLY recommend Provenance and Carrie to anyone seeking help and in need of of physical therapy. Going to pelvic floor PT is never something anyone gets excited about, but Carrie and Provenance made it a positive experience!
