I’ve had physical therapy for many years but I can say that hands down ProSport in Foothill Ranch is the best. The physical therapy that my husband and I received from this clinic is exceptional. The therapists listened attentively to our concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The therapists and technicians displayed a high level of professionalism and made us always feel comfortable throughout our visits. I had knee replacement surgery July 24, and am doing my outpatient physical therapy at pro sports in foot hill ranch. Nikita is fantastic. She pushes me to work harder and get my range of motion back. But listens to my concerns and makes adjustments as necessary. All of the pt staff are very knowledgeable and also very caring. They want you to get better and it shows in their approach

I’ve had recurring back pain every few years and am so grateful I’ve found this place. I always wish I had come sooner. They help me so much to strengthen the muscles that support my spasming ones. I’ve received really good personally focused advice on so many things from the best workout classes to try, how to support myself in the car, what kind of shoes will work best, etc. Their assistants are all wonderful too. Whenever a friend says they don’t love going to PT or the only people who can help their backs are expensive other therapists that don’t take insurance, I recommend ProSport.

The staff here are very friendly and efficient. They’re always checking to see that the exercises and massages have the right pressure without causing pain. They seem very knowledgeable and start my sessions on time. I’d definitely return here for their services.

Excellent staff that works wonders. Had Achilles issue that Nikita and Steven did an exceptional job through healing therapy and exercises. Just recently had shoulder issue they both Nikita and Steven worked me back to a healthy shoulder. I highly recommend using Pro sport in Foothill Ranch.
