I can’t say enough good things about Katie at Proresults Physical Therapy in San Marcos! I’m 36 and have been dealing with lower back pain while sleeping for the past 8 years. I’ve seen multiple physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists over the years, but none were able to truly help me—until now. Katie listened to my concerns and got right to work. She tried a variety of techniques, paid attention to what was actually working, and tailored her approach to my needs. Over the past couple of months, I’ve seen dramatic improvements, and for the first time in 8 years, I am completely pain-free. Katie went above and beyond. I love ProResults! I especially love it because the physical therapist at this location are amazing people!!! They truly care. I brought my 15 year old here after my son broke his tibia in track. I've gone to physical therapy myself and I remember the commitment it took to go. I was worried my teenage son wouldn't take it serious but ALL the physical therapist at this location really got to my son's level and explained the importance of staying committed to continue forward as a strong and fully recovered athlete. They educated my son and really taught my son how to appreciate his recovery by helping him understand all that his leg was going through since the injury, healing, and restrenthening process. Frank, Jake, and Jacob all worked with my son and have been such a support team in my son's recovery. Thank you all at proresults. Thank you to the ladies at the front desk for always working with my busy schedule and ensuring my son was able to get in ASAP.

Simply amazing. I started my appointments being a physically fit person for the most part, but struggled with chronic back pain for many years. After a study of my X-ray Jake knew exactly my issue and put together a plan to help me correct my posture and strengthen my core during physical activity. The workouts were transferable to home and gym. After a handful of sessions my back pain has dramatically reduced and instead of everyday aches I have flares once a week which I can make minor adjustments to in order to alleviate. I’m much more mindful of my hip flexors positioning and how to use my core strength appropriately. I highly recommend ProResults!!

This place restored my belief in physical therapy. After multiple back surgeries I was pretty much broken. I’d tried everything out there with zero success. Other PT places seemed to just go through the motions and left me feeling no better off. Decided to try once more, found Pro Results, and I couldn’t be happier. Johnnie absolutely pushed me just the right amount and seemed genuinely invested in my outcome. My 14yo daughter is a gymnast and recently worked with Frankie and Johnny to recover from a broken foot. I injured my something-something-longus in my thumb in December. Who knew how much of every day life involves using your thumb. I was in a lot of pain, and after weeks of wearing a brace with no improvement, my doctor and insurance agreed on physical therapy. Frankie Alvarez, excuse me, Dr. Alvarez and his team gave me back my hand. He explained what was going on and the exercises I did were just to the point of discomfort but not pain. I had exercises to do at home that were easy and well explained. I am now pain free!count me a believer! Love ProResults. Great friendly clean atmosphere.

I went for PT for a couple of months. So happy with the therapy I received from Frank. Can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and drive to make me feel better.
