ProResults Physical Therapy Oceanside

Based on previous reviews, I had high hopes for ProResults, but my experience fell short. The facility itself seems fine, but after a positive initial consult, the quality of care during my second appointment ensured I will never return. Before starting PT, I was already doing a daily home exercise program. During my first appointment, my therapist and I discussed this, and I explained I was looking for assistance with my recovery in ways I CAN'T do at home. My therapist mentioned they would try cupping, K-tape, etc., starting at my next appointment. I arrived on time for my second appointment and was left sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes past my appointed time. A different therapist called me over to a table and began barking exercise orders at me – the same exercises from my home program. She didn’t make eye contact with me once. I finished the first exercise, and she mumbled something about doing another as she walked away to assist a new client. I was left sitting on the table, alone. She never returned. After several minutes of waiting there like a fool, a second therapist, who was assisting their own client, noticed I was being ignored and picked up the slack. She tried to multitask with two clients but eventually returned to her original client, telling me to go stretch in a corner and then leave. As soon as I began my stretches, a third therapist and their client moved in on my space and stood over me until I gave up and walked out. No one watched my exercises, gave me direction, feedback, or advice, or ensured I was doing anything correctly. I’ve never felt more like a nuisance or that my recovery was an inconvenience to them. I took time out of my busy work schedule and paid for the privilege of doing the exact same exercises I already do at home, with the added insult of no guidance or support. I should be concerned about canceling future appointments, but I walked out of the office, and no one even bothered to ask me to schedule my next appointment.

I’ve been going to Proresults for about four months now, healing from a car accident injuries. I’ve been working with a couple of Therapist, and they are phenomenal. Specially Dr. Karly, she’s very professional and attentive. As soon as I come in she will ask how I’m feeling, if anything is bothering me, and work instantly with what I can tolerate. She makes me laugh, and a very positive person to work with. I’ve noticed for a couple of weeks now that my neck is feeling a little better from doing all the treatment and exercise they provided me with. I know it’s a little bet of a long process to get back to where I was, but it is getting there, I’m on the right track to feel like myself again, or even better than before with my PT’s hand. This place have an amazing team, they work will with each other, and I love how some of them are Dodgers fan too, and that’s a plus for me. I’m very thankful and grateful for Proresults Theraphy staff. Thank you 🙏🏽

You can’t find a better place to go for physical therapy. The therapists, pt aids, and the front office staff are always professional and compassionate and each appointment I’m meet with patience and encouragement. If I have questions, they answer in an easy to understand way and take their time when teaching me new exercises. I primarily get to see Karly who not only is an incredible human, but truly an expert.

I am extremely disappointed with ProResults Physical Therapy Oceanside. I booked an appointment over a month in advance, specifically requesting an afternoon slot. After waiting in pain for over a month, I showed up for my appointment only to be told that it had been canceled without any notice. No one bothered to call or leave a voicemail, so I had no idea it was canceled until I arrived. I could have rerouted the referral and seen another therapist by now if they had communicated properly. To make matters worse, the staff informed me that the therapist only works on Mondays and Wednesdays - yet they had scheduled me for a Tuesday! When I asked for the soonest afternoon appointment (as I had originally requested), they told me I’d have to wait another three months. I feel like my time and pain were completely disregarded. Very disappointed with the service

First things first best office and team. They will listen to you, and work with you, best therapists, awesome pt aids that get to assist through out your exercises, and best receptionists . First time coming to their office was from foot surgery and was the best experience and patient care, after that I had to get shoulder surgery and requested them again, best decision to get me back and moving again. Best office cant thank them enough, if this had the option it would 100/100.

It’s a shame I won’t get PT from this place because they require a referral? I have PPO insurance which means I can go anywhere, but the fast talking receptionist who acted like she couldn’t wait to get off the phone with me, insisted a medical provider has to refer me. I think she is mistaken but she did not give me the time of day.

This place was wonderful! Got referred here after I got my knee replaced and I’m glad I did! They treat you like family! The therapists are great. As well as the aides! Michael was very nice and helpful!
