ProRehab Physical Therapy New Albany, Indiana

This place is disgraceful. I have a 8 year old autistic child, that did services with them from March to May and was supposed to start back up tomorrow. I get a phone call from Logan saying they can't see my child who's autistic because they have so many athletes coming in over the summer. So I tell him we will be there Thursday for him to call his Drs and fire him as a patient. He's 8 years old. When I told them I was going to contact the State of Indiana and Medicaid they told me to go ahead. They are heartless with no compassion for children. 0 Stars from me!!!

Peyton was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. I appreciated her physical therapy expertise and highly recommend ProRehab if you are recovering from surgery.

When I was told by my doctor to try PT for an injury to my heel that could not be surgically corrected, I was skeptical. However, I limped in and was immediately assessed with a multitude of treatment options, one of them being “dry needle” therapy. I started this, accompanied by other monitored exercises, on the first day and by the end of the fifth or sixth day of treatments, saw remarkable improvement. I had ups and downs throughout my 2-3 months of foot therapy but always had confidence that Adam Campbell was listening to my descriptions of what I was feeling and adapting the treatments as we went along, He always assured me progress was being made and my injury was more of a long haul than quick fix . I added a second injury of my shoulder to the mix and a new regime of exercises started. Anxious to get relief for yet another “slow to heal” injury, Adam accommodated me with working in exercises for both injuries , and preparing a “home routine supplement” that I could do between our sessions. He listened to my concerns, never candy coated the steps needed to recover, and always pepped me up to keep at it. After a little over 4 months, I was released to my own customized home routine, but reassured that they would be there if and when needed. Pro Rehab New Albany was a great experience. It is well equipped, clean and sanitized, and the staff is super skilled and friendly. “Fun fridays” with personal favorite music selections playing make the 45 minutes to an hour fly by. I will not hesitate to return for future aches and pains that I cannot resolve on my own, as I begin a new phase of life, retirement, and all the activities I have always wanted to try. They get favorable results, so give them a try.

I had a tear in my gluteus minimus and tendonitis. The pain continued until it effected my sleep and I chose to have a Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injection. I started with Logan 10 days post PRP injection. He has been was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and paid close attention to me each session and added exercises to aid in my progress. Kendra was awesome assisting him in my progress. I had dry needling each visit Logan and Mallory would also step in and help when needed. The girls at the front desk were always friendly and helpful with scheduling. I am grateful for this incredible team and would highly recommend them.

I just completed my rehab for a hip replacement with ProRehab in New Albany. I had a great experience with these guys, Adam and Jake were great, knowledgeable and personable. I made great strides during my visits and feel fully prepared to continue my progress on my own now. I was given several exercises to use as well a a link to an app that will help with my continued growth. These guys are great! fully recommend.

After experiencing pain in my right shoulder area for several months my Doctor suggested I try physical therapy ...I agreed to give it a try and he told me he was sending me to Adam Campbell at Pro Rehab New Albany and that Adam was the best there was... I had worried that my condition was more serious but Upon my arrival, Adam did a complete and very thorough assessment and immediately developed a treatment plan that was tailor made for my condition... Within just a very few visits, I had already begun feeling so much better.....I was amazed at Adam's incredible knowledge of not only my condition but how quickly and accurately he came up with a successful treatment plan.....Believe me, if you have pain issues, or perhaps are recovering from an accident or injury, the Pros at Pro Rehab are the people you need to visit..Adam, Jake, and the ENTIRE VERY CARING STAFF will make you feel right at home and totally at ease throughout the entire process...The Front Office Ladies ROCK too!!! A great experience and great atmosphere.. My Doctor was right...They are the best. Go see them !!!

Rehab sucks for most everyone. These folks make it fun and effective. If you have to do it, may as well try to enjoy it!

Honestly I was worries about having to go for Physical Therapy - as this was my first experience. What I found was something so much more! The team at Pro-Rehab was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so friendly, encouraging, and determined to get me back to shape. The atmosphere was full of positivity and I truly felt like I was a part of a family. If all businesses were like Pro-Rehab this world would be amazing! Even with a few visits, lots of encouragement and tons of love - the team got me back up on my feet and now life is normal!
