ProRehab Physical Therapy Louisville, Kentucky - West

When I initially walked into ProRehab with a 50% torn rotator cuff I really didn't know what to expect. My evaluation and therapy was and still is with Chris. The physical therapist there work well as a team Chris, Jay and Karen supporting each other and their clients. ❤ To my surprise 😮 I am having so much improvement with my shoulder. I have better range of motion, strength, and confidence in my outlook on this healing process. 😁 I've learned the difference between muscle ache, tightness and pain because I have them all. Chris is a phenomenal teacher/therapist. I appreciate and highly recommend him to everyone. My goal was to not have surgery and I now believe that it is attainable with continued pain management treatment, therapy and medication. The only complaint I have is Not With The Therapist - But the lack of support from all of the receptionist sitting at the front desk needs to be addressed.🤔 I have called several times with no return phone call and when I arrive there are at least two to three people at the front desk. This is totally unacceptable and I hope it gets better in the new year 2022. Thank you!

There are some amazing people here. I love them all. They are very down to earth and treat you with the upmost respect. Very patient, take their time listening to your issues and seem very concerned to getting you back to the best of your physical ability. I would highly recommend.

Very good therapist Chris he does excellent therapy he is really helping me to be able to use my legs much better

If you get to come here for Rehab it's a very good place they make you feel very comfortable if you have a bad day it's not you and it's not damn but they will help that bad day go away
