I would not recommend this place for an older individual that says that they are being caused pain by exercises. Communication is not always their strong point. I has to stop and go back to my orthopedic Dr and get steroids injection and rest as they caused major injury per Dr. I will go to another rehab place.

Dalton O'Brien is a highly skilled therapist who runs an exceptional clinic at ProRehab in Jeffersontown. His extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of physical therapy are evident based on the improvements he made in my neck and shoulder. Dalton is not only a talented professional, but he is also very personable and makes every visit to his clinic a pleasant experience. Dalton evaluated my condition, and designed a treatment plan that was tailored to my needs. The exercises he prescribed are effective, and his "hands-on" (literally!) approach was very reassuring. The clinic itself is very clean and welcoming, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for patients. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the facilities are top-notch.

Such a great atmosphere. The staff is wonderful and I love how much fun they have together. It’s comforting to be in a place where the staff obviously gets along and enjoys one another. Each of the therapists I’ve worked with have made me feel calm and not pushed me more than I am able. I would recommend ProRehab in Middletown to anyone that asks!

I’ve had a great experience here! Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I also appreciate that safety is a priority here - I have had some dizziness issues and it’s clear that not only my safety, but also the safety of those around me, is always being taken into consideration. Finally, they also encourage a rehabilitation that is safe, but challenging, to accomplish a full recovery.

Came here on the advice of a friend for treatment of back pain. The team here was outstanding. I worked mostly with Brittany and Michelle-- the exercises were challenging without being overwhelming, and the needling plus e-stim provided pain relief. My husband was skeptical of my choice to use physical therapy to treat my back pain as opposed to more traditional anti-inflammatory/muscle relaxer/narcotic pain medication. After seeing my results after 8 weeks with the Pro Rehab team, my husband is a believer. I HIGHLY recommend Pro Rehab to anyone in the Louisville area looking for physical therapy.

I have to say that my experience here at this center has been an amazing one. With every session, I am always asked about my progress and how I am feeling that day. To me that is important. Questions are important because the only way you know how to help a client is by simply doing just that--asking questions.

ProRehab is a fun environment that is always wanting to make you better. The front desk staff was very kind, and all the PT's were awesome. 10/10 recommend for any of your physical therapy needs!!!

I couldn't have wished for a better place to go to for therapy for my knee replacement! Professionals that are genuine, caring, compassionate and treats you as family. They know what they are doing to get you back in the swing of things so you can go on with your life! Thanks to all of you!
