I had a total knee replacement in June and was struggling with stiffness and pain. I had 8 weeks of PT with another group without much results. I knew I needed more help and ProRehab was recommended to me. From the very beginning I have had nothing but caring and understanding from the group there. Hunter Harris especially has worked with me to help me to overcome my physical and mental blocks by listening, encouraging, and pushing me and always with a smile. I had positive results after my first session which gave me hope that I would overcome and beat this “new knee”. I would definitely recommend her and the group to family, friends and community.

Today I graduated from my PT at ProRehab in Effingham. I had a knee replacement and after about 8 weeks I feel better than I could imagine! I’m actually sad that I won’t get to see everyone regularly and will miss them. Hunter with Andrea in training were wonderful from the very first day. I felt so well taken care of along with constant encouragement and praise. I was given great guidance in the exercises I would do at home and I feel like that helped a lot in my success and improvement. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by Sasha and Jon and Hunter and Andrea and they always have a smile on their face and ask how you’re doing. We laughed a lot during the sessions and might have shared sourdough baking ideas! . I can’t tell you how much everyone being so positive and happy every time I was there meant to me! I’m pretty sure that was a big help in recovery . I will for sure when I have my other knee replaced be back and happy to be in such great hands!!

Dr. Jon Frohning is an excellent physical therapist. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. He assisted me preoperative and postoperative when I had my total knee replacement. I highly recommend Jon at Effingham ProRehab. We are blessed to have him in our community.

I visited Dr. Jon before my upcoming marathon and would highly recommend his services to everyone. From the moment I walked through the door I knew I was in the right place. The front desk staff was very welcoming and informative. From there Dr. Jon took great care of me. In my opinion he is the best in the business. He gave me a few pointers and worked out a few stiff joints I had developed. I felt better leaving his office than I have in years.
