Unfortunately I have needed physical therapy many times before.... Fortunately, I found Propel this time (I wish I knew of them previously). From the very detailed initial evaluation by O'Real to the ongoing, dedicated, personalized, highly professional and caring therapy by Victor, I was exceedingly satisfied with my entire experience.

Finally, a physical therapist that delivers. The absolute best PT clinic ever. Everyone of the assistants are completely knowledgeable, attentive and extremely competent. This office is exceptional!!. For the first time in years, I am pain free !!

This review is long overdue! I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to the staff at Propel Physical Therapy, Woodland Hills, especially Dr. Alex Bondarenko, Justin, Kunal, Rudi and Vanessa. The three months of physical therapy sessions saw me achieve great mobility and flexibility after a total knee replacement surgery in October 2023. I could not have done this without their support, encouragement and dedication in helping me reach that goal. They motivated me to try my best (and I don't like execises!) and I am sincerely thankful for that. I will definitely be back in a couple of months after my second TKR surgery and hope to see all the staff again.

The entire team at Propel is wonderful and great at what they do! From the second I walked in I felt taken care of and welcomed! I had some lingering sciatica and finally decided to go to physical therapy to get help. I researched and found that they were the highest rated place in my area. Their impeccable rating more than lives up to the level of care. I'm feeling so much better after my round of treatment and they've given me the tools and knowledge to continue my process of healing. If you are contemplating any form of physical therapy, this is the place to go. O'Real, Justin, Teddy, Rudy and Vanessa are absolute professionals and the best!

What can I say? All good things I suppose. I broke my left ankle in June of 2023. I began my PT journey with the AMAZING Dr. Alex in late August of 2023. All the staff there is friendly & helpful. The receptionist Vanessa was super friendly and helpful in making sure all the insurance details were taken care of. And now let's get to Dr. Alex. This guy is amazing. Not only is he great at what he does, you can absolutely tell he loves what he does. It's evident in the knowledge and skill that he not only has but that he also has a zeal for continuously learning, improving, and increasing! He would tell me about the books he'd read over the weekend that helped him in what he does everyday. He was kind. Also, his skilled and gifted touch helped my ankle every time I came in for a session. My favorite part was always the first part. The heating pack and his skillful massage of my ankle while improving mobility was nothing short of amazing. Even brought me to tears a couple times just releasing the trauma from that injury. The first time I came in, I was in my wheelchair and had not walked on my ankle. I'd only stood briefly. So when he told me to take a few steps I was afraid, nervous, and timid. But withing a couple months I was walking confidently. From wheelchair, to walker, to cane... to... using my cane as a mere accessory. All jokes aside... tears are welling up even now just recalling how pivotal Dr. Alex was in my healing process. I'm so thankful to him and the whole crew over at Propel! From the bottom of my heart, thank you SOmuch! ! -Patricia Osborn-

I really appreciated my experience at Propel. I had osteoarthritis of my knee and I was in a lot of pain and had lost a lot of function. After completing a course of physical therapy, I am pain free and I have regained complete functioning to where I was before. The results were tremendous. But I also want to say that I also enjoyed the experience. Dr. Alexander Bondarenko was my physical therapist. I looked forward to talking with him not to mention that the treatment was effective! I also enjoyed tremendously his two assistants, Rudy and Justin! The receptionist, Vanessa, also made everything very easy with the scheduling. I most highly recommend Dr. Bondarenko and his staff.

Propel Physical Therapy is a GAME CHANGER! After suffering a painful torn rotator cuff for 18 months, I finally had surgery to repair the extensive damage. The post-op result? 7 months of physical therapy before I can begin "light" training. This was disheartening. I'm 54, a competitive endurance athlete and a fitness trainer but I was not about to hang up my dumbbells and running shoes any time soon. This is where Dr. O'Real Cotton's gifted physical therapy and deep understanding of body mechanics afforded me a new lease on fitness life. His expert guidance extends to his knowledgable and trained staff, always working in concert with his protocol. Week after week, my strength and range of motion increased under his careful and measured care. In my case, what was originally estimated to be 7 months of PT... was about half that time. True, everyone is a unique case but I believe that Dr. Cotton's vast experience can develop the right treatment plan unique to the individual so they can better their quality of life. My "superman push-up" on my 1 year shoulder surgery anniversary says it all. Thank you Dr. Cotton!

I injured my shoulder/rotator cuff in August of 2022. After eight months of chronic discomfort I went to see a prominent shoulder surgeon who prescribed an MRI that revealed a great deal of inflammation for which he then prescribed a week long course of Ibuprofen followed by a month of physical therapy and, fortunately, a referral to O’Real Cotton at Propel Physical Therapy. I went in with little faith that physical therapy could fix my shoulder, but under O’Real’s expert guidance, he and his staff literally healed my shoulder. Among other things, he put me on this spectacular stretching apparatus’ called the TrueStretch. O’Real’s charming staff, Nikki, Justin, and Rudi, among others, with whom I interacted throughout my physical therapy sessions, were all cheery, attentive, highly competent and well-trained individuals, focused on O’Real’s directives relating to my individual therapy. Apparently, Propel Physical Therapy of Woodland Hills was the right place for me to go to heal my shoulder injury because, a mere six weeks later, quite literally, my shoulder pain is virtually gone. My only regret is that I didn’t find my way to Propel Physical Therapy of Woodland Hills sooner. Thank you for your amazing gift, O’Real Cotton. Should I ever need physical therapy again for another injury I’m definitely coming to you.
