Proof Physical Therapy and Performance

Proof Physical Therapy helped me get back to doing what I love. I’m an avid cyclist that competes in Enduro races. When chronic knee pain progressed to a point where it hurt too much to ride I was devastated. Dr. Jordan and his team put in immense effort to help me get back to riding and to prevent the pain from coming back. I was really impressed with the attention to detail that Dr. Jordan would put into each session, he makes it clear that he genuinely cares about getting his patients to reach their goals. Also, I can’t speak highly enough about how comfortable the atmosphere is at their office. Proof helped me get back to pursuing my passions, I can’t recommend them enough.

Hard work and determination works when you have the right tools and that’s what Dr Jordan and the team gave me. It started with a Christmas gift from my parents of a running analysis that, with the help of my coaches, resulted in Flagstaff High School track records in the 100m, 200m, 400m, and the opportunity to run for Colorado School of Mines University with a track and field scholarship. I'm in my 70's and dislocated my shoulder. The Ortho Md was talking about surgery, Proof PT was recommended by a friend. I went twice a week for 8 weeks they were wonderful got back 90% movement and I'm happy with that. They also gave me ongoing home exercises to continue to improve. Highly recommend Proof they were Awsom

I can't recommend proof PT enough. Jordan and Amanda are both so talented and dedicated to patient outcomes.They both gave 100% on every session I attended. I've had a complicated shoulder injury for years and finally saw improvement after going to several other clinics. So thankful to have found a great practice in our small town!

Dr. Jordan and the Proof team have been simply amazing. From the initial appointments with Angela and Keira to the final "graduation" photo with Amanda and Dr. J, this team has been a blast to work with. They've provided a gamut of therapy from Physical Therapy on my shoulder, to recommendations on popular eating locations, kitchen rehabs, New Mexican culture, real estate advice in North Texas, wedding plans in California, rock climbing groups and lastly..the Proof gym renovation process. I had a knee injury while on a hiking/road trip. I was evaluated and treated the same day I called the office and explained my situation. The treatment I received saved my trip. 2 days later, I was able to complete the Guadalupe Peak trail in Texas (3,000 ft elevation gain). I am forever grateful.

Dr. Jordan and Amanda gave me back my mobility. Staff was very helpful in getting my appointments. Overall, great professional and kind experience.
