ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine - Lake City

When I started my journey to recovery at Promotion just two days after my labrum repair surgery I was nervous. Unsure of what my recovery would look like and what pain I had ahead, Edwin and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and confident that I could get through this tough time. As a college athlete not being able to preform in the sport and workout due to an injury is very tough on one’s mental health no matter what sport. The team at Promotion understands that and goes above and beyond to make sure you are at ease during your therapy sessions. It also helps that when you walk in you can tell that the staff is like a family and they are ready to welcome you into their family. I am extremely satisfied with my time spent with the Promotion Lake City office staff. In my first appointment I cried because I was nervous and still in pain and in my last appointment I almost cried because I was sad my time there was cut short due to moving back into school. I will definitely be recommending Edwin and the rest of the Promotion staff to anyone who is looking for a great physical therapist!

After rotator cuff surgery my Dr recommended Pro Motion. I was hesitant because I had always used Lake city hospital for therapy. But I tried it and so glad I did. The staff at pro motion are serious about helping you. They are smart, kind and put you first. I went for 4 months and have no complaints

Edwin started me off with exercises to do at home. John was my knight in shining armor. He worked diligently with me twice a week for six weeks. He gave me exercises that relieved my shoulder pain to the point where I do not have to take pain relievers three to four times a day. The exercises he used during my session were perfect for me to use at home. My shoulder pain has gone from a +10 to 2 or less. Thanks so much for everything. I highly recommend ProMotion for any of your physical therapy needs. The entire staff is awesome.

I went to physical therapy thinking these are going to really hurt me after just having knee surgery. I meet Sarah and she got me to walking, bending, and other things. Just try this facility and ask for Sarah, they are great at their job. When I go back Sarah will be my therapist. I’m glad I chose them.

My Dr. referred me to ProMotion for my neck/upper back pain from always being slouched over while working on my art projects. After a few months of working with Sarah, John and Edwin, my pain is much more manageable and they provided me with plenty of at-home workouts to improve mobility and strength in my neck. The staff is incredibly kind and I always had so much fun talking and laughing with them. I will always recommend ProMotion in Lake City to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.
