When I started my journey to recovery at Promotion just two days after my labrum repair surgery I was nervous. Unsure of what my recovery would look like and what pain I had ahead, Edwin and the rest of the staff made me feel comfortable and confident that I could get through this tough time. As a college athlete not being able to preform in the sport and workout due to an injury is very tough on one’s mental health no matter what sport. The team at Promotion understands that and goes above and beyond to make sure you are at ease during your therapy sessions. It also helps that when you walk in you can tell that the staff is like a family and they are ready to welcome you into their family. I am extremely satisfied with my time spent with the Promotion Lake City office staff. In my first appointment I cried because I was nervous and still in pain and in my last appointment I almost cried because I was sad my time there was cut short due to moving back into school. I will definitely be recommending Edwin and the rest of the Promotion staff to anyone who is looking for a great physical therapist!
