ProMotion Rehab and Sports Medicine - Florence

I honestly can not say ENOUGH about the ProMotion and the staff. The experience I had with them was 10/10! They are the most professional and fun squad to work with, and I always felt like they made me a top priority, even when the center was full of people. I was at the Florence location for 9 out of the last 14 months. I had a pretty nasty ankle break, and had to have 2 surgeries…this team saw me through it all. I was ProMoted just last week, and I left with the tools I needed to retain the progress I made, and to keep it going. I owe a ton of thanks to Shane, Jourdan, and the staff there…they’re truly a gem in SC!

I went to ProMotion with a diagnosis of planter’s fasciitis with some balance issues. I was in incredible pain every day! They stretched me out and gave me the tools and tips to also be able to do it at home. There is no bigger motivator to keep going, than to see results! I have seen incredible results, I am more flexible and my foot pain is gone. If it comes back, I have the tools to help myself. Thanks go to Deleon and Jourdan for helping me get to my best self!

Had a great experience with Promotion. Shane was very helpful and everyone is very polite and professional. I had great results in a lot less time than expected. I would definitely go back should I need any physical therapy. I highly recommend their services.

What an absolutely amazing place to recuperate and heal. The team here is the best! I was on the road to recovery from day one and am so amazed by their commitment to helping me "get back to normal after my accident." Wish I could give 10 stars!

Just wonderful. I came in with a very painful back muscle strain. It was intense. Everyone at Promotion was so very kind snd helpful completely dedicated to helping me heal and regain my strength and mobility. Alanna was my therapist and she worked diligently with me. Even with setbacks she kept me positive and sure that I would be able to get back to my before injury strength. Im so glad to have had Alanna and all of the Promotion team to help me. Im happy to report I'm healed and ready to go play my best round of golf!!.

The thought of surgery to appease a back condition, fueled by arthritis and disc degeneration, did not appeal to me. Arthritis had also limited the normal range of motion in my neck. Upon the recommendation of my family doctor, I secured an appointment with Pro Motion. My therapist, Alanna, was amazing, she was so positive in her energy, attitude and focus, I couldn't help but to be motivated. I realized the therapy would not eliminate the back problem, but I was introduced to a variety of exercises which I can now continue to do at home. The atmosphere at Pro Motion is so welcoming, friendly and relaxed, the staff is knowledgeable and professional. I can't praise them enough. Thank you to everyone who contributed to make my therapy experience so worthwhile.

Promotion Rehad and Sports Medicine is AMAZING!!! I had the pleasure of working with both Mr. Todd and Kayla for my OT after have Carpal Tunnel Release surgery done back in May 2023. After having the procedure done, I didn't know if my left hand/wrist was better before or after the surgery! With the help of them I am now able to say that I can foresee my self getting back to 100% usage with my left hand!!!🙌 Thanks guys and I truly appreciate you!!!

My experience at Promotion Rehab was going ok in the beginning and I had been out for almost a month. Informed the Receptionist about my not being able to come on certain scheduled days and some days I had drs. Appointments I asked if I could reschedule the time or sometimes the day and sometimes I simply could not come (sick) but I always called to inform. I was not able to come Tues bc of an appointment I called to inform, However, I did come Thursday. I very offended when Roy (PT) ask me what was going on with me, I told him it was medical and I don't discuss my medical situation...shortly afterwards he said today would be my last day. How could that be when I had just signed up for additional days with the Recep. prior to being sick. I shouldn't have to discuss to my PT about my medical when I miss days. I came in at 1:38 and he did progress report and was out by 2:05, it wasn't worth my almost 40 mile round trip.
