Promise Physical Therapy

When I was told to go to physical therapy, my first thought was - "I will go, figure out what I need to do at home, and save money by doing it at home." I have had PT in the past at different places and felt like it was a waste of time and money which is why I had the mindset that I did. However, Josh and the staff at Promise changed that. Being greeted by name when you walk into the building, friendly and helpful front desk staff (mostly I dealt with Megan), the assistants that took me back and got my treatment started - all of this made my visits worthwhile. Then there was Josh who was amazing! He listened to what I had to say and adjusted the plan of care accordingly. When I told him I had pain somewhere, he would find it almost immediately and work to fix it. Instead of wanting to quit, I always looked forward to my visits. I highly recommend Promise PT to anyone that needs to go.

I want to thank Dr Grice his front desk ladies 🙏🙏 and all other staff in the the therapy rooms that put me back together and fixed my shoulder issue There just are not enough words to say what it has meant to me to be able to workout again and not be in any pain 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 You all are awesome and amazing people I wish you all well Thank y’all again Denise

I have been going almost 5 months to PT at Promise PT. Eddie and his staff are absolutely wonderful people professionally and are very knowledgeable about their job. The staff are so much fun and full of love and compassion. This place exemplifies what being the hands and feet of Jesus looks like. I would totally recommend anyone to them if you are in need of PT. You will not regret it. I would especially like to give a big shout out to Josh. No pain no gain. God bless all of you.

I was NOT happy that I had to do physical therapy. On my way to my first appointment, I was so uneasy and discouraged. When I got to my appointment, I was greeted by the most pleasant young lady working at the front desk. She was so welcoming and she went beyond to help everyone that I observed walking in. From there I met my therapist, Josh. He was very informative, knowledgeable and really listened to what I had to say. I worked with him and his assistants and EVERY one of them were encouraging and knew my situation when they worked with me, which tells me that he and his assistants are on top of their patients history and problems. I wish I knew all their names because this is an AMAZING staff. Even those you not working with will stop and introduce themselves and check on you. I am SERIOUSLY impressed and wouldn’t believe this type of environment existed if I had not experienced it for myself. Even though I was discouraged because I have a long road to recovery, they helped me work through my discouragement on top of providing me excellent care. These are CARING people and that is the kind of help I prayed for. I wish every doctor and nurse could have their attitudes and bedside manner. Did I mention that it is also a peaceful environment with worship music which to me sets the atmosphere for healing? What more can you ask for? People VERY skilled in their trade on top of being filled with compassion and the spirit of God. I’m so GLAD my doctor recommended me to them and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I had back issues and my ortho recommended Promise as an option. I have never had therapy before so I didn't know what to expect. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they really care about you as a person and a patient. Joshua and Christina were very good at managing my pain level and helping me strengthen my core and I always felt better after a session. I think these guys are great and I would recommend them to those in need of therapy.

I truly love the care. Eddie Grice and his staff are excellent there is not a clunker amongst them. They are all professionals and are very courteous and very caring and very thorough. They all work as a team. I cannot say enough good things about them

They are all right with me. The crew is so knowledgeable about their trade! I here gospel music and worship music around the workplace! The place is built with a Christian God them in mind! I became a client of Promise PT as rehab for hip replacement surgery. From the initial eval, through all of the visits, to the day I was released from care, my experience was excellent. The facility is well-equipped and immaculately maintained. The entire staff (front desk, PTs, PTAs, technicians) are all professional, kind, friendly, empathetic, and encouraging. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs physical therapy and who wants to put in the work to better their life.
