**Review of Promenade Rehabilitation Center** I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care my mom received during her rehabilitation at Promenade Rehabilitation Center. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the staff was dedicated to providing a supportive and compassionate environment. I would like to specifically acknowledge the amazing nurses on the 5th floor: Jason, April, Mindoza, and Elizabeth. Their professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail made a world of difference in my mom’s recovery. They were always available to address our concerns, providing not just medical care but also emotional support that made our family feel at ease during a challenging time. The respiratory therapists were also instrumental in my mom's progress. Their expertise and encouragement helped her breathe easier and regain her strength. The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) were attentive and caring, ensuring that my mom's needs were met with kindness and respect. On the 6th floor, I cannot say enough about the physical therapists, Jovie and Kathy. Their dedication to my mom’s rehabilitation was evident in every session. They pushed her just enough to encourage progress while always being mindful of her comfort and well-being. Their expertise, combined with their genuine care, played a crucial role in her recovery. Overall, the entire team at Promenade Rehabilitation Center demonstrated an unwavering commitment to their patients. I am deeply thankful for their hard work and compassion. My mom is on her way to recovery, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for her rehabilitation. Thank you, Promenade, for everything you do!

The family of SHAKERIA MOHAMED of the vent floor cannot thank the staff enough for all they have done for her. Nurses APRIL, MENDOZA, JASON, ELIZABETH, EMANUEL, KIM, MICHEAL AND SUNITA. Therpist LUCY, PATSY, JUVY and KATHY. CNA SUBRINA, MORGAN, MC PHERSON, JOY, GREECE, DAWN and JEAN. They all went above and beyond making her recovery possible, with the help of GOD THE ALMIGHTY. THEY are all there for the right reason always showing compassion, you can always approach them and they are always happy to help. IF you are looking to take your Love one where you can have Peace of Mind, take them to Promenade it would be the best decision you would be making. 11-20-2024.

My father has just become a resident here and I'm very satisfied with the level of care and compassion the medical staff has shown him and the family. The staff communications has been very good and I'm properly informed about my father. I'm glad my father is in a better facility that has more to offer him in terms of comfort and his health. Continue doing what you do for our elderly it's greatly appreciated all the time and effort and care you give.

My father is currently at Promenade for rehabilitation and so far, I'm really pleased with the facility. All staff have been professional and helpful. My mother and I are very involved in his care, and we receive answers to all our questions. I appreciate the transparency and willingness to help, even going so far as facilitating a car service for my mother to make the travel a little easier. The building is right on the boardwalk, which is especially nice to see from the window for people receiving all levels of care. I'll update my review if anything changes, but if you're making a decision on a rehab facility, I would recommend Promenade as a small, non-corporate option. They make getting better so much easier. Update 11/30/21: I wanted to add additional feedback since dad has been home. He was at the facility for about 3 months, which I know is not typical for rehabs - but I really believe the care he received at Promenade helped him improve quicker. He received daily physical therapy and occupational therapy, and he was doing exercises he couldn't do before! I will always appreciate the care he received from Promenade and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Promenade Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Befe going to Promenade I was very worried, and I was afraid for my husband to leave the hospital because he was on ventilator and fed through the feeding tube. But when we came to Promenade, I immediately felt that we found ourselves in the right place. Under the supervision of Dr. Delman and Dr. Shazad's he started to recuperate very fast. In a short period of time his health improved. The Rehabilitation department is working with him now. The respiratory department does a lot to keep him off the ventilator. The nursing staff and CNAs take good care of him. The best professional amongs ALL is Jason Carcache. He is not only a qualified and knowledgeable nurse, but also a kind, caring, and compassionate person, always trying to do the best for the patients. Also, the director of admissions Ms. Bella Trakhtenberg, she is a great person who always keeps her promises, who does her best to help and support not only patients but also their families. She is optimist and compassionate person, she has been a great asset to Promenade for almost 25 years. The whole team works wonders. I hope with the help of Promenade's team my husband will be home soon.

Great experience with the administration and staff at Promenade. The therapy provided during rehab was amazing and my grandmother came out of there walking perfectly after breaking her hip. She was happy and enjoyed being able to look out at the ocean. We felt comfortable having her stay there and knew she was being cared for until it was safe enough for her to go home.

The care givers were incredibly kind & helpful All except one male head nurse who violated me when was there for more than 3 weeks for a broken hip replacement I told them & nothings been done to address it Don't want to sue...but I need an apology in writing & my calls haven't been returned in almost 6 mos

My mom was transferred to Promenade from a different facility a week after surgery. What an amazing level of care! The staff is always warm and helpful, they are taking such good care of her. The recreation crew are so helpful during Covid in arranging visits and video visits, the social workers, nursing staff and the administrator who addresses every concern and problem that came up.
