ProMedica Total Rehab - Monroe

This group of three are simply the BEST. They all know their stuff and do all they can to help you see real results. I love the fun atmosphere they provide while still encouraging you along the way. I cannot say enough good things about each and every one of them. Thank you Jackie, Erin and last but not least Tom!! You are all rockstars.

Jacqui is an awesome physical therapist. She is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. She is consistent with surgeon’s therapy plan and executes it with the patient’s best interest in mind. I highly recommend Jacqui, she is definitely an asset to Promedica’s PT department.

We had problems with our insurance, and it was a real hassle. I called and spoke with Kim, who was extremely kind and extremely helpful. So during a stressful time in my life they are very sensitive to people's needs. The customer service field should have more people like she. I don't know what they pay her, but she should probably get a raise. Definitely a thumbs up. I also should add that my physical therapist was pretty good too.

Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is always having a good time. My sessions go by quickly and smoothly. It helps to relieve my pain.

Friendly, understanding staff. They are working along with me to strengthen and get me back to walking and bending my knee properly.

I recently had a total knee replacement and participated in p.t for 32 sessions at Monroe Total Rehab. The staff were outstanding and provided me with a home program when I was ready to move on. I highly recommend this facility for outpatient rehab!
