My experience working with Dr. Jon has been fantastic! I had injured my chest last year while lifting and was hoping to get back to lifting how I used to. Dr. Jon was very knowledgable about not only the anatomy and physiology of my injury, but also the strength training principles that may have contributed to my injury. He asked questions to ensure that he was helping me reach my specific goals, and explained what he was doing before he did anything. He was great to work with and overall I had a fantastic experience. I just wish I had started working with him sooner!

On less than one day’s notice Jon found time on a Saturday to fit me in the day before a marathon. He was very helpful in preparing my legs for this endeavor and he was receptive to working alongside me to get me the care that I needed. He worked on my hamstrings and hips with enough strength to get them loose, but enough gentleness that they wouldn’t be sore for my run. I’m just a 45 minute session he gave me so much more range of motion in my hamstrings and it resulted in a nice pr for me on race day. Would recommend to anyone who needs a good pt.

I’ve been working with Dr Jon for about 3 months now trying to rehab an old shoulder injury. He has given me some good exercises to strengthen specific areas in my back which is helping to get my shoulders back in the correct position and allowing me better range of motion when working out. Dry needling and scraping have also been very beneficial breaking up knots and scar tissue around my shoulder injury. Dr Jon is very personable and I always enjoy our conversations during during therapy

The sessions were geared for my goals of training hard in the gym, which I also enjoyed as I did not have to take time off from being in the gym. I came to Jon for my second attempt at running the Boston Marathon. My first try ended 8 weeks short with a knee injury. This year, I decided to seek out a PT to help get me to the starting line. After my first conversation with Jon, I knew he was the kind of doctor/coach I needed. He listened to and considered my performance history, current condition, and future goals. Jon knew my training was on a knife's edge, but he walked me through an individualized plan and offered suggestions that have kept me healthy through this training cycle. Now I'm ready to rock at Boston in three weeks, and I know Jon's preventative and fostering care was a huge part of that. I'm grateful for his knowledge and professionalism!

I had the pleasure of receiving fantastic PT from Dr. Jon for my hip, knee and toe pain. I had asked for help at the small gym I went to, with just oh I'll send you an email of some stretches to do, which I never received and was never asked how I was doing. So, I sucked it up and called upon Pro+Kinetix and was paired with Jon. Which was a perfect fit, he listened, did a physical evaluation and made sure I understood why this domino effect was happening. He did great at demonstrating the stretches and workouts he wanted me to do. I worked out almost daily along with running. I had a mileage goal set in place for the year and with his help I was able to finish PAST my goal pain free. Key is to keep up with the program he gives you, even if you have graduated out, so you don't go back to square one. Thank you, Jon and the staff, at the location I went, for always being friendly and welcoming.

I visited Dr Jon for an assessment on some low back and hip pain. He was very interested in my fitness goals and needs, and really worked to get to root of the problem. Even in that first visit I saw some improvement in the pain, and it was good to get feedback on whether or not it was still safe for me to keep working out. The depth of knowledge and the extent of concern for the patient one on one was very clear and appreciated.
