Progressive Therapy - Pinecrest/Palmetto Bay

After undergoing extensive back surgery and a total hip replacement within the span of just seven months, I turned to Progressive Therapy to help with my rehabilitation. I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, expertise, and support I received during my recovery process. From my very first visit, I was impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the entire team. The staff made me feel comfortable right away, which was especially important after such significant surgeries. My physical therapists were Natalie and Luis. They have been exceptional. They have taken the time to carefully assess my condition and listened to my concerns, making sure I understood each step of the rehabilitation plan. The treatment plan was personalized to my needs, with a focus on both my back and hip recovery. They both were patient, encouraging, and always ensured that I was progressing at a pace that was safe and effective for me. The front desk staff have also been superb. They are courteous, friendly and on top of scheduling appointments. The PT assistants and students that have rotated through the center have all been great. What has stood out most during my therapy has been the genuine concern the team had for my well-being. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt confident and capable throughout the process. I always felt like I was in good hands, and the results speak for themselves and although I am still in recovery mode, I am now walking, moving, and living with much less pain and far more strength than I ever imagined possible just a few months ago. If you will be needing physical therapy and recovering from surgery or dealing with any type of physical limitation, I highly recommend Progressive Therapy. Their knowledgeable and compassionate team is truly dedicated to helping you get back to your best self. I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done for me!

It’s difficult to exercise when you’re in constant pain but this staff makes it so doable! There is always a great energy in the room and I genuinely enjoy going to PT. My therapists, Natalie and Luis, are absolute sweethearts and I can tell they really care about the progress of all their patients. They make me feel very comfortable and safe that I won’t injure my back further. They are happy to explain and answer any questions I may have. Everyone at Progressive is a joy to be around. The front desk staff are so kind and the owner, Greg, makes sure to say hello to everyone and ask how they’re doing. Today, Greg offered to put me on a specific bed where I could watch the Olympics while I did some stretches! What a kind and thoughtful staff! My back is feeling great, I highly recommend progressive therapy center :)

I've been coming to Progressive Therapy for over 6 months now and couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome and progress I've made to date! The staff is AMAZING! They are all so warm and friendly and always encouraging and motivating their patients. Post surgey, I couldn't see the end of the road, and truly never thought that I'd get to the point I'm at now. Greg is always so energetic and bubbly and keeps the staff and patients smiling. His wife, Jackie is also nothing short of amazing and I love seeing them all work on the OT side. I've had the pleasure of working with several PTs from Luis, to Oscar, and my all time favorite, Natalie! They give challenging exercises that push you but nothing too painful that will discourage you as a patient. I also love that they leave you with exercises to do at home and do such a great job with follow up questions to check in next visit. At times I'd feel frustrated, they'd tell me, be patient, it'll take time. And this was totally true. It's going to be bittersweet when my last session comes. But I'll keep working on all things taught. If you're looking for a great facility to meet your OT or PT needs, Progressive Therapy is the place for you!!!

I Went to Pinecrest Therapy for my fractured wrist after surgery, I had a lot of pain and weakness but after coming here for therapy my wrist and shoulder regained mobility amd I felt a lot better. All the therapists were excellent in their treatments, especially the owners Greg and Jackie. Thanks to ALL the staff, including the front desk, who were All very helpful and very friendly. I certainly recommend this center for anyone looking for excellent treatments in physical therapy.

Having been to three therapists this year, I have had the most improvement with Progressive therapy. Each therapist dedicates the full hour to you so the personalized service and therapy are excellent. Highly recommend!

The best place to do your therapies, the treatment is super good and all the staff are very friendly, they treat you super well as if you were at home, my hand has improved almost one hundred percent. I recommend that you come here to do your therapies, the best place in all of Miami. I'm super happy .

Greg and his staff have been incredibly helpful with my occupational therapy after I had several surgeries on my hands. Due to their efforts I am vastly improved and know that with their help I will regain all my strength and mobility in my hands.

OMG - is you ever get hurt and need physicall therapy or occupational therapy this is the place to be. The staff is amazing and the office is super clean. Great equipment and wonderful tips to follow up at home. Working through physical pain can be difficult. Do it in a place where you know your being cared for in the best possible way.
