5* for our speech therapist. Our son has been absolutely transformed and come out of his shell a millionfold. Significantly less stars for the mother/daughter duo admin arrangement for the company. I wish I could review separately because the therapist we worked with was magical. Admin seemed lazy and subpar.

Our child was assessed for speech. We were told to wait 2 weeks for them to get approval from our insurance. Heard nothing. Texted our contact person, no response. After 3 weeks we called and found out they had no room and couldn't sevice our child. No one told us. Contacted our insurance and they never even turned in the assesment results to them! So after 4 weeks we have to start all over from scratch! What a waste!!

My son get speech, occupational, and physical therapists her and everyone is so great! From the coordinator on down, everyone is friendly and attentive. I have and will continue to recommend Progressive Steps to parents.

DONT GO HERE!!!!! I just got hit with an $800 dollar bill 2 months after leaving. They told me that my sons sessions were covered under insurance, but never once told me it was only for the 1st couple sessions. So 1 they never told me my insurance stopped covering, 2 they never told me how much each session would cost without insurance, and 3 they don't even ask for the payments at each session, they just got you with a bill months later

Got yelled at today because we had to cancel a second PT appointment. Our car stopped working yesterday. I guess they expect us to walk. OT and speech are great, but PT seems to lack compassion and understanding. Very disappointing.
