Progressive Physical Therapy - Charleston West

This place has helped me tremendously. They make me feel like family the minute I walk through the door. The therapists genuinely care about my health and wellbeing. They have taught me ways to help alleviate my pain at home as well. I would recommend their services my friends and family.

Mandy is a great Physical Therapist! She is not just a doctor, she is a gifted healer. Very knowledgeable about a wide variety of healing techniques and found the right combination for my old injury. I didn't expect much when I started, but figured any improvement is better than the way it has been for a few years. I am pleasantly surprised to find I'm almost 100% after 8 visits and have the skills to deal with any flare ups in the future. This was not the first place I tried for therapy, but the other place had a regimented system which they were unwilling to adjust when it kept making things worse. Mandy listened and adjusted the treatment as necessary, which I'm sure is a big part of her success in getting positive results.

This is hands down my favorite clinic anywhere. I’ve been to clinics in PA, MD, NYC & SC for various sports related injuries. Generally, I know what’s going on and can tell them what different treatment I’m looking for (since I’ve probably tried most of their suggestions in other clinics already,) but will leave it up to the clinic how to treat whatever I walk in with. Mandy gave me the treatment I asked for, asked what I’d tried already and offered different options I hadn’t tried yet. Everyone is super helpful and thorough here. I’ll definitely be back!

Mandy and all the staff were great. The program they designed for me was very helpful. The exercises were specific to my needs. I have been to several physical therapists over the years, and Mandy and her staff far surpassed all of them. Mandy is skilled at dry needling. Thank you to the group for easing my pain and getting me stronger.

Recently worked with Mandy and Tyler on my sciatica issues and they were great. Danielle was completely up on the insurance end which was comforting. The team really dug into my issues, listened, and solicited constant feedback and adjusted as we went along. From initial consultation through to my last appointment they provided a very pleasant atmosphere and I felt like I progressed a little more with each treatment. I would highly recommend them and if I'm ever in a position to need PT again I will return.

The whole team at PPT was awesome!! I worked primarily with Mandy for needling & she was amazing!!! Professional, personable, exceptionally skilled & highly individualized care. I was so happy with my experience & feeling so much better! In fact I responded so well to treatment that I was actually able to be discharged earlier than expected! Thanks so much Mandy!!

The Progressive Therapy team is amazing! The team members are very sensitive to the needs of their clients. The highest rating is a 5 but they really deserve a 10!
