Dr. Donladi Whitten and his office manager Rachel are amazing healthcare professionals. Progressive Physical Therapy Center has proven to be an environment for healing your body, mind, and spirit. The therapy and strengthening that Dr. Witten did with my father was transformational. Words cannot express how appreciative I am for how they supported my father and pushed him beyond his comfort zone, while always helping him believe that he could do it. They help him maintain as much of his independence as possible. They also helped make his life manageable and more enjoyable. They provide concierge-level service and satisfaction. I was in a car accident and I went to Progressive Physical Therapy as part of my recovery. The staff here are wonderful. They are very attentive and care about your progression. Dr. Danladi Whitten is amazing at what he does. After my sessions I had less pain and he gave me some exercises I could do at home to help my progression. Rachel worked hard to align my appointments with my work schedule so I could be treated. I’m very grateful to Progressive Physical Therapy Center for helping with my recovery. Progressive physiotherapy center was one of my favorite! I had tried several physiotherapist and they didn’t work for me, but the progressive physiotherapy they were hands on working with me to strengthen my muscles and get me back to where I need to be. I had been going there for a year treatment for my sciatic nerve. They work with me so hard to strengthen my muscles and get my stronger. Thank you thank you progressive physiotherapy center. I sustained an injury to my right foot at the start of the pandemic. Despite going to multiple physical therapy offices, they were unsuccessful in relieving my pain and swelling in my foot. I was fortunate to discover Dr. Whitten's office, and after a few visits and ultrasound therapy, my foot was back to normal! I am now able to walk and run without any difficulty.

Dr. Whitten was a life-saver. After suffering back pain for a year I was exploring surgery options because the sciatica pain was excruciating. Dr. Whitten tried a number of things: pool therapy, and a needling also gave some relief. Ultimately the “secret” was the core exercises he put me through. I now have the tools to give some relief for my back. No percs, no codeine, no oxy. I feel great and I am grateful we stayed the course and figured it out so I can handle things when my back tries to start acting up again! 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Their aquatic therapy routine has been an absolute gamechanger for my pain/fatigue, along with manual therapy, heat treatments, and dry needling. As someone who lives with chronic illness/pain, Rachel's kindness, understanding, and flexibility paired with Dr. Don Whitten's vast knowledge, arsenal of specialties, is a recipe for individualized care. Together, both Rachel and Don, always strive to meet me and my body where I'm at and collaborate with me to help balance my limitations and goals. Finding a such a highly experienced clinician who can successfully adapt to my unique body needs, means everything to me as a "spoonie." Don really listen to his clients and even goes above and beyond to research my more rare diagnoses; all of which speaks to his dedication and professionalism. To my fellow Zebras/Spoonies, give them a chance, you won't be disappointed or gaslit by another medical professional. It may just be the missing keystone in your medical treatment to living an empowered life less ruled by your chronic illness!
