Though my husband received adequate physical therapy (they slacked off and left the room towards the end), their billing practices are suspect. My husband started therapy on 3/16/2023. The entire time he received therapy, he thought it was being covered by either Medicare or Humana. They even wanted him to continue for 2 more weeks and assured him that his insurance would pay for it. However, on 04/29/2023, my husband received a bill from them saying he owed $320.00. That is almost 7 weeks without a bill. We paid the bill and my husband stopped going. Then, on 06/06/2023, we received a bill for $40.00 for services rendered on 04/26/2023 & 04/27/2023. We tried to find where to officially complain on their billing practices but The Alabama Board of Physical Therapist has no jurisdiction over fees or billing practices of PTs or PTAs. I am not sure if any governing body does. So, if you choose to use Professional (ha) Therapy Services, be well aware of their unprofessional billing practices.

Kelsey, Stewart, and Taylor are total sweethearts! Very professional, kind, and patient therapists who I would recommend to anyone with injuries and in need of rehab.
