I truly recommend Professional Therapy Services of Texas at I10 and Callahan location. Dr. Wells did an outstanding job with my shoulder. I am super happy that now I am back doing all my daily activities without any pain. Thank you, Dr. Brent, Sergio, and Sheryl!

Professional Therapy Services is definitely professional! Thank you so much to Brent, Matt, Sergio, Rico, and Sheryl for such caring, friendly, and effective service. I went in for tenosynovitis causing severe pain to my wrist and thumb. Already on only the second visit, I was feeling relief, and after 6 visits, my pain level has decreased from a 10 to a 3, greatly helping my everyday activities especially since I am a teacher and need my wrist and hand properly functioning! Thank you to Sheryl at the front desk for being so knowledgeable and informing me of direct access- allowing me to start PT without doctor authorization! Highly recommend and thank you again!

Over the years I have experienced several physical therapy companies; I can tell you that this is my FAVORITE. From the receptionist/secretary to the assistant therapists, this company is stellar. STELLAR. I am happy to recommend Professional Therapy Services to anyone and everyone in need of physical therapy. The facility is clean, bright, the staff is knowledgeable and experienced, and I was treated with respect and compassion. There is an atmosphere of competency without arrogance or conceit; of pleasant positivity. This is the kind of facility that we should promote and help get the word out about, because they are WORTH IT. Thank you, PTS, for your attentive care of my issues.

Brent Wells is a wonderful physical therapist. They also have great techs and front office staff. They are all very professional, caring, and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I was using the Seguin location for therapy starting in March. At one point I was overcharged according to my health insurance EOB. I requested a refund but was told a refund was not allowed but would be applied to future therapy sessions. After completing my therapy there was a refund balance remaining but was again told I could not get my money back. My health insurance, United Healthcare, called the Seguin office several times until the Seguin office would no longer answer their calls. I have continued to pursue the refund and was finally told that a refund would have to come from corporate office. It has now been six months since my therapy and it appears I will not receive my money back. Jo Anne Machaud As an update to my original post of two weeks ago where I cautioned people considering to use the Seguin location of Professional Therapy Services, I still have not received the refund that I was promised. Their office said it was due to delays in the mail service, which according to them was apparently a delay of months. Be cautious when dealing with these folks as I was overcharged per my health insurance company and was told a refund was not allowed. This appears to be a scam. Jo Anne Machaud

friendly atmosphere communication is the best you can tell they care about your progress !!! a smooth process since day one clean clinic right off the hwy great location definitely recommend!!! This is definitely a 10 star in my opinion no regrets

Great experience, so glad asked Dr for referral here! Friendly staff, effective treatment, and clean environment. Low, reasonable co-pay is a great benefit! Going to be sad to finish my therapy program, but glad to be much stronger and pain free!
