Professional Therapy Services North

Everyone on staff is extremely friendly. When I first walked in even the receptionist are friendly. The therapists are knowledgeable and encouraging. They didn’t have attitude when you couldn’t do something if it caused pain. I loved all the therapist I worked with, so I can’t recommend just one, but the ones I worked with the most are Gabe and Nicole. If you are looking for a group who will get to the root of your pain issues and help you to get back to yourself again, this is the group I would recommend!!

All of the therapists and aides who worked with me were great! Everyone was professional, courteous and encouraging. It was obvious they were doing their best to solve my problem as well as showing me ways to get stronger. I would definitely recommend all of them I worked with and your practice to everyone!

Great crew. They took great care of me and helped improve my pain level and range of motion! Edit: just got my bill from them. This place is a rip off. They even glance your way and it's $75. They helped but the cost is RIDICULOUS. Yikes. They just do extra stuff and then charge you without talking to you about it. If you have to go here be very VERY clear about expectations. They pulled on my back to try to adjust me, failed, then charged me a ton of money. What a scam.

Great experience. I actually looked forward to going. Each and every person I worked with (6 or 7 people) were fun to talk to while keeping me on track with my therapy. Felt like they cared about how much better I was getting. Love this place

Had a great experience at Professional Therapy Services at the North location. All the staff was friendly. They listened to my issue and helped explore the cause then gave me a plan to improve function. Would highly recommend!

I have worked with PTS North on multiple occasions. All the therapists have been professional , caring, and courteous. With their help I have the tools to continue improving. I would definitely recommend their services.

Very professional staff. They helped me work through an injury by giving me an appropriate and accurate assessment of my needs. They then prescribed me exercises to challenge me to improve my Range of Motion and overall flexibility. Super impressed with their ability to speak in terms that I understood and give advice on how to supplement my workout to repair my injury. Great work team!

Tessa was assigned as my physical therapist. I had the usual exercises for my particular treatment but her therapy on my neck and shoulders was outstanding. She's the best!
