You will be taken care of with great care and professionalism from the moment you contact them through your treatments. You will instantly agree with me that the Reception Administrator is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Then the treatments you will receive comes from warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional therapists. The atmosphere in the room is inviting as conversations are easily started. The location is great and there's ample free parking (which is always a plus). That's what you will get at "this" location.

Professional PT in White Plains is wonderful place for physical therapy! Rebecca, Rob, and Jessica are supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable. They truly care about the client. The atmosphere is spacious and comfortable. I have never enjoyed going to PT in the past until I started going to Professional PT in White Plains. I would recommend this PT site to anyone that needs physical therapy! I know the progress I'm making is because of Rebecca's, Rob's and Jessica's efforts!

Knowledgeable, friendly and courteous staff. They make an effort to really get to know their patients. The assessment, planning and direction given are designed for optimal rehab and performance. It is challenging and the atmosphere is so positive and encouraging that you want to succeed and meet your goals. Highly recommend!

PPT of White Plains is by far the best I have ever been to. Rebecca and Rob are very knowledgeable, kind and comforting. They identified my issues and prescribed the best physical therapy treatment for my needs. They are great with their explanations when I have asked questions. The ability they have with pinpointing problem areas and knowing which exercises to use to overcome my issues is amazing. Their assistant Jessica is absolutely fabulous. Very kind, patient and understanding while assisting me at times with my exercises. I am so blessed to have found such a wonderful team to help me heal both physically and emotionally. A shout out to Melanie who is new to the team. Very welcoming as you walk in and very professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

This is the best PT place ever!!! All the staff (Rebecca, Rob, Jess, etc.) are so helpful and knowledgeable. I tore my ACL and Meniscus and needed to do PT after the surgery, and I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else. They are seriously the best.

Rob has been an outstanding help to me. His PNF therapy has been incredibly helpful. Rob is a fantastic physical therapist. He does his work with much knowledge and kindness. I am grateful for him and the care team that works with him.

I have only been to Professional Physical Therapy for four sessions but I can feel vast improvement after Rotator Cuff surgery. Rebecca Walsh, my PT is great! Highly recommended this Physical Therapy Service.

The staff and therapists are excellent and very knowledgeable. Everyone is very professional while still keeping a friendly and comfortable environment.
