I had a rather large shoulder surgery near the end of the year 2022. I tore the ligament in my left shoulder at the beginning of the football season. After surgery, I choose Professional Physical Therapy for my rehab due to my surgeon's recommendation and all the great reviews. I had about 3 months of PT here and it was great. I had extreme improvements in my condition faster than I expected. I showed up not really able to move my arm and 3 months later I was doing pushups and chin-ups with ease. I was really worried at first about how rehab would go and didn't know what to expect. Safe to say I wasn't worried for long after beginning it here. The staff was not only really nice but very knowledgeable with their approach. They took their time and listened to feedback to improve my recovery. I looked forward to every session as I consistently saw progress every time. Can't say enough good things about this place from every level. Thanks again.

George and the rest of the staff at Professional Physical therapy were truly outstanding. I was always welcomed with kindness and warmth. Melissa and Delaney are wonderful to work with to coordinate schedules and benefits. George was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. Getting back my strength after 2 pregnancies and the demands of motherhood was intimidating but he was helpful every step of the way. He answered each and every question with knowledge and patience that made the experience so wonderful. My treatment felt individualized and met me where I was then progressed with me. I’m thankful to know that they are only a phone call away, should I need additional services in the future. George really took the time to sit down and go over all of my issues with me before we started. He explains why we are doing every exercise and how it will help and what types of things I can do in my daily life to help ease some of my pain. In addition to getting great treatment, the facility is very clean and the rest of the staff is fantastic! Everyone is really nice and accommodating!

I just completed 2 months of PT with Eric Kopp. Before starting at Professional Physical Therapy I didn't know quite what to expect, because I had received treatment at a previous location a couple of years ago with only average results. My experience began on a very positive note with the first phone call I made to schedule an appointment with Eric. Melissa was so friendly and welcoming and it made me want to go there right away. I was so happy with my experience from the start. Eric's empathy, encouragement, information, and expertise while helping me recover from a compression fracture and shoulder encapsulation was excellent! I cannot express enough how his high level of professional talent was just what I needed to recover and get stronger.
