Professional Physical and Hand Therapy

I have been coming to Professional PT on and off for many years and I have always received the best of care. Constance is my go-to therapist because she is attentive to my needs, and pushes me to follow through until I reach my wellness goals. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect by all staff members. I highly recommend Professional PT.

Although it has only been two weeks of PT after a right anterior hip replacement, I am very satisfied with the Professional PT staff. My care has been assigned to Ted, who is very knowledgeable and efficient. I have also had interactions with other staff, and they are all people who seem to love their work. They seem to have all the needed equipment for me to make a complete recovery. People at the front desk are also very helpful and patient. Thank you to Professional PT.

I have had 19 orthopedic surgeries, 3 knee replacements, hip replacement, right foot rebuilt twice, etc… Neil Miss and his staff are above and beyond the best in all areas. Professional Physical Therapy staff treats you with respect, caters to your bodies needs and are very good at what they do especially therapist Ms. Hu, who is very passionate and takes pride at what she does.

My mother has been getting treatment at Professional Physical and Hand Therapy for months now since a terrible accident she endured back in April of this year . She has nothing but wonderful things to say about the PT's who have been helping her . She has regained a lot of her confidence and will absolutely continue with her treatments here. This place stands by it's name Professional. I use the Bayside Queens office, Everyone there is very professional and kind. They are very knowledgeable of what they are doing. They have helped me to strengthen my body on several different occasions. Shoulders, Back, and Knees. Kudos to Constance, Neil, Twana & Farrah. It is really team work in this place, and the front desk rocks always making sure you have all your appointments you need. I give them a 5 stars🌟

I have had a a number of phyical therapy experience in a variety of places. Without reservations I can say that professioal therapy stands out above all as the most professional , caring , knowledgeable experiened therapy establishment .The personnel is highly knowlegeable. Courteous , friendly . Every personnel working there is consciencious.
