Professional Physical and Hand Therapy

I just started physical therapy this week for a bilateral knee replacement with Butch Purslow at Professional Physical Therapy. He is absolutely amazing! Great bedside manner, funny and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. So easy to contact. I have already made great progress after only 3 sessions. I could not be happier!

This is my second time going to physical therapy. This place is extraordinary. Butch takes care of his patients and is incredibly helpful. He genuinely cares and answers all your questions with complete attention. Everyone is friendly and the mood helped my recovery. Completely recommend.

Was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and a calcium deposit in my shoulder. Went to Christine Fazzolare for PT for both and she was terrific. She takes the time to listen and explain what it is I have to do to make it better. The staff is also great and the place is spotless. It’s a very friendly environment.

The team here really puts the “Professional” in Professional Physical Therapy. They are extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and wildly efficient. To say that I am satisfied with my experience is an understatement. I broke my ankle this past year, and within 24 hours of calling the office, I was able to get an appointment. Upon arrival to my appointment, I was met with a welcoming attitude, and brilliant staff. They even gave me items to bring home, so I can continue my therapy on my own time. Within just a few weeks time, I’ve made strides with my recovery. Christina, Alex, Christina, & Michelle are miracle workers! God forbid I ever need physical therapy again, but if I do, I will definitely come back here!

This is my first time going to this Professional Physical Therapy on Carmans Rd. In Massapequa & I have had an excellent experience thanks to Amy! I have had PT at other places & didn’t have nearly as good as the experience I have had here with Amy! She is attentive & truly cares about each & every one of her patients! She takes the time to ask what your individual needs are & is always inquiring how all the therapy is feeling on your wellness journey! She will definitely make adjustments if something isn’t feeling right & never inflicts anything too painful or uncomfortable! Thank you Amy for caring about my individual needs, you are an asset to the Professional Physical Therapy team!

Highly recommend Professional Physical Therapy in Massapeqa. Staff is friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and genuinely invested in you. Facility is clean and has everything necessary to help you. They are flexible with scheduling and take their time with you. It's only my 1st week but I am happy I chose them for my physical therapy.

Both my mom & my brother were treated at the Hauppauge offices of professional PT & I write this review because of the excellence in care that both of them received. The PT therapist that treated my mom & my brother was Ash & his patience, caring & understanding of their pain & challenges was amazing. Ash took extra time & care with each of them trying to help them to feel better. Beautiful, clean, and well equipped PT center. I’m so grateful to all at this PT office for showing such diligence in scheduling, using various therapies & different equipment to help my mom & brother reach their goals. This is by far one of the most professional & caring PT practices I have ever been to. I cannot thank everyone their enough not only for helping my family but for the care, concern, understanding & patience that was shown to them. I am so happy I found Christina at Professional Physical and Hand Therapy. I had a knee replaced and didn't come here initially. After 1 and 1/2 years I found my way here and was blown away!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Christina is amazing and helped me so much. I highly recommend
